Abstract

Pembuatan susu jagung merupakan salah satu upaya untuk memanfaatkan potensi lokal jagung yang melimpah di desa-desa. Proses pembuatan susu jagung ini melibatkan pengolahan jagung menjadi produk minuman sehat yang kaya akan nutrisi. Selain memberikan nilai tambah pada hasil pertanian jagung, produk ini juga dapat menjadi alternatif pendapatan bagi masyarakat desa. Salah satu aspek penting dalam meningkatkan daya tarik produk ini adalah kemasan yang menarik. Penggunaan desain kemasan yang inovatif, ramah lingkungan, dan mudah dikenali dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk di pasar. Kemasan yang menarik tidak hanya berfungsi untuk melindungi kualitas susu jagung, tetapi juga menjadi alat pemasaran yang efektif untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. Dengan demikian, pembuatan susu jagung dan kemasan yang tepat dapat meningkatkan perekonomian desa, membuka lapangan kerja baru, serta memperkenalkan produk lokal ke pasar yang lebih luas. Produk ini juga berpotensi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan petani jagung dan pengusaha kecil, sekaligus memperkenalkan produk khas desa yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Abstract

This study aims to examine the commitment, ambition and business performance of Micro Enterprise entrepreneurs in Magelang. The research method was conducted by surveying 100 micro entrepreneurs in Magelang City, through multiple linear regression analysis. Quantitative data were obtained through questionnaires and processed to see the results descriptively and verifiably. The research findings conveyed that there is a relationship between commitment, ambitious entrepreneurship and entrepreneur's business performance. However, the business performance of entrepreneurs from Micro Enterprises in Magelang can be increased more optimally through the commitment of entrepreneurs. This research is useful for the UKM Office in Magelang in particular and entrepreneurs in general, that it is important to pay attention to the commitment of entrepreneurs related to business performance.

Abstract

An entrepreneur or businessman must have Islamic business ethics, this is an important element in every business activity. have Islamic business ethics a demand in making decisions or solving problems in terms of the staple food business in kudaile village because it has a positive influence in advancing and facing business competition. The application of Islamic business ethics really needs to be emphasized to the owners of staple food stores. This research method is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data obtained from interviews with grocery store owners in kudaile slawi village. The results showed that the profits of staple food owners increased when applying Islamic business ethics well, this was proven by data testing Through the application of business ethics that are in accordance with Islam proven to be able to increase profits. An entrepreneur or businessman needs principles that must be applied in business ethics, namely tawhid, balance or alignment, and responsibility The most important thing for a staple food entrepreneur in kudaile slawi is ethics, ethics is an important part that an entrepreneur or businessman must have, because ethics is seen as a demand in making decisions or solving problems in terms of business.
