Abstract

In this internship activity the author accompanied the customers of Shariah BTPN who are micro enterprise actors especially mothers from pre-welfare societies to empower their enterprises with materials tailored to the type of enterprises within a specified time frame for the capacity of the actors with the purpose of giving UMKpandakan knowledge and skills of business actors. Companion facilitators are tasked with empowering the Indonesian community through enterprise coaching material and active companionship. Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) batch 7 with PT. Bank BTPN Shariah as a companion facilitator is a container where students can collaborate with customers who play a role in the advancement of customers’ enterprises, so in this case students can apply the knowledge gained on campus for self-actualization and directly contribute also can develop professional experience, specialized internship in terms of direct competencies for community empowerment. The program assists customers in developing efforts to improve their living standards that have great potential to create more significant socio-economic change.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Governance dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Simeulue. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif, yaitu metode yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara dua variabel atau lebih. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 47 responden, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Good Governance dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing sebesar 0,025 dan 0,004. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 27,353 dan signifikansi 0,000. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Good Governance sebesar 26,4%, sedangkan Kompetensi akan meningkatkan kinerja sebesar 32,9%. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan kedua variabel akan mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai sebesar 53,4%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini.
