Screening for TB suspects is an effort to maximize the discovery of pulmonary TB patients, so that they are immediately treated with standardized OAT in accordance with the recommendations of the doctor's supervisor. The implementation of the screening of TB suspects at Lima Kaum II Community Health Center has not gone well. It can be seen in 2019 the achievement of suspects at Lima Kaum II Community Health Center was 36 suspects (16.74) of the target of 215 suspects. This figure is still far from the target set. The purpose of this research was to analyze Tuberculosis Suspects Networking Activities in Lima Kaum II Community Health Center, Tanah Datar Regency in 2021. The type of this research was qualitative research method with a phenomenological descriptive approach is a form of systematic, critical and thorough investigation of a phenomenon that aims to explore a structure or essence in an existing phenomenon, by looking at the components of Input, Process and Output. There were 8 informants in the study, 1 head of community health center, 1 program holder, 3 cadres, 3 people/suspects selected by purposive sampling.The results of the research found that from the input component that the policy of selecting suspects was not maximized, human resources in terms of quality were sufficient but in terms of quantity was not sufficient and the evaluation carried out at Lima Kaum II community health center hadnot gone well. In terms of facilities and infrastructure were still incomplete, in terms of process, there was a lack of implementation of TB suspect screening activities, and the low output component of TB suspect screening was because of the community health center did suspect detection passively.In short, the implementation of TB suspect screening activities did not carry out optimally. It is expected to increase the implementation of TB suspect screening activities both passively and actively
