Abstract

PT Chandra Nugerah Cipta produces components and frames for cars and motorcycles. To speed up its production process, CNC Group has moved into manufacturing and engineering. They make components and spare parts for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles using welding and pressing processes. PT Chandra Nugrah Cemerlang employs Yamaha, Astra Honda Motor, and Kawasaki. One of the production processes to be studied is the PT CNC 3 engraving machine line, which consists of twenty engraving machines and three manual engraving machines of the Otc Daihen type. Manual engraving machines are used to improve poor robotic engraving results or repairs. To face global competition, PT CNC Group is committed to improving productivity, culture, and human resources.   Keywords: efficiency,Effectiveness,Troubleshooting

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the preparation of the budget plan for research and community service costs. It is hoped that there will be uniformity and order in the preparation of the budget plan for the costs of research and community service activities in accordance with the 2023 Input Cost Standards (SBM). The research method used is a qualitative method with a study approach. case. The data collection technique for this research is by interviews and studying research proposals and PKM for the past three years. The results of this research can be used as a reference for researchers and PKM implementers within ISBI Bandung in preparing budget plans based on standard input costs. Keywords: Cost Budget Plan, Standard Input Costs (SBM), Research and Community Service (PKM) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat diharapkan adanya keseragaman dan ketertiban dalam Penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya kegiatan Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang sesuai dengan Standar Biaya Masukan (SBM) Tahun 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan study kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan wawancara dan mempelajari proposal penelitian dan PKM tiga tahun kebelakang. Hasil dari penelitian ini bisa sebagai acuan bagi para Peneliti dan pelaksana PKM di lingkungan ISBI Bandung dalam Penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya berdasarkan Standar Biaya Masukan. Kata Kunci : Rencana Anggaran Biaya, Standar Biaya Masukan (SBM), Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM)
