Abstract

This research aims to understand how teacher performance contributes to the improvement of learning effectiveness at SD Negeri 1 Kadugede. The main focus of this study includes assessing the teaching methods used, the interaction patterns between teachers and students, and the influence of teacher performance on student learning outcomes. This research employs a descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews involving educators and students as respondents. The results indicate that the quality of teacher performance has a significant impact on learning effectiveness. Teachers who apply innovative strategies, utilize technology in the learning process, and establish positive communication with students are able to create a more dynamic and productive learning environment. However, challenges such as limited facilities and the lack of professional training for teachers still pose obstacles to improving the quality of education. From this research, it can be concluded that the improvement of educator performance needs to be supported by continuous professional training, the provision of adequate educational facilities, and the implementation of more interactive and student-centered learning methods. Therefore, it is recommended to enhance educators' competencies through training programs, optimize the use of technology in teaching, and develop more collaborative learning approaches.
