Abstract

Organizational change is critical for companies to stay competitive in today's dynamic business environment.  Both high-quality employee performance and strong human resource competencies are critical to a company's success.  Workers' output at PT Claten Bersinar Sejahtera is the target of this research, which intends to dissect the relationship between OHS and job competences.  The quantitative data analysis method was used with 80 PT Claten Bersinar Sejahtera employees as respondents.  Multiple linear regression was employed for data analysis.  The study's findings suggest that OHS has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, that work competence has an effect on performance, and that the combination of OHS and competence has an even stronger impact on performance.  This proves that helping workers acquire new skills is crucial for improving productivity on the job.  Findings from this study have significant implications for HRM practices. Abstract

Examining how PT Hacaca Central Logistic's supervisors and coordinators affect workers' productivity is the primary goal of this research.  In this quantitative study, 83 participants were selected from among the staff at PT Hacaca Central Logistic.  Multiple linear regression was employed for data analysis.  Coordination improves productivity on the job, according to preliminary studies.  There is a positive and statistically significant relationship between partial research results supervision and job performance.  Concurrently, the efficacy of work is greatly impacted by supervision and coordination.  Coordination and supervision have an effect on the work effectiveness variable, according to the R Square value of the determination test, but other variables that were not considered had an effect on the remaining variables.  Based on these findings, it's clear that PT. Hacaca Central Logistic's workers could benefit greatly from better supervision and coordination in the workplace. Keywords: Coordination, Supervision, Work Effectiveness

Abstract

Corruption is a serious issue that affects various aspects of social life, economic development, and institutional governance, thus requiring preventive efforts that are not only repressive but also educational in nature. This community service activity aims to strengthen anti-corruption education literacy among members of the SSQ Holistic International (SSQ-HI) community through a webinar-based learning approach. The implementation method employed an educative–interactive approach, including material presentations, reflective discussions, and evaluations of participants’ understanding. The activity involved SSQ-HI community members and participants from the general public with diverse educational backgrounds. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of anti-corruption education literacy as the capacity to comprehend, analyze, and make decisions based on the values of integrity, honesty, and responsibility. The novelty of this activity lies in the integration of literacy concepts with anti-corruption education through a collaborative and interdisciplinary non-formal community education approach. This approach proved effective in fostering critical awareness and strengthening the internalization of anti-corruption values in everyday life. The activity implies that strengthening anti-corruption education literacy through community-based initiatives can serve as a sustainable preventive education model for fostering a culture of integrity in society.
