Abstract

Freshwater ecosystems serve as habitats for various microorganisms that play a crucial role in ecological balance and biogeochemical cycles. This study aims to analyze the diversity of microorganisms in freshwater ecosystems using conventional microbiological approaches and DNA-based analysis. Samples were collected from several distinct freshwater bodies, including rivers, lakes, and swamps, to identify variations in microbial communities.The results show that the microorganisms found belong to various groups, including bacteria, archaea, and fungi, with dominant genera such as Pseudomonas, Bacillus, and Aspergillus. Environmental factors such as pH, temperature, nutrient content, and dissolved oxygen levels significantly influence the composition of microbial communities. Metagenomic analysis revealed the potential of microorganisms in bioremediation processes, such as the degradation of organic pollutants and nitrogen fixation. Additionally, microorganisms with probiotic potential were identified, which could be utilized in the aquaculture industry and environmental health. In conclusion, freshwater ecosystems harbor a high diversity of microorganisms with various ecological functions and potential applications in environmental and biotechnological fields. Further studies are needed to explore the specific roles of microorganisms in freshwater ecosystems and their potential in the development of environmentally friendly technologies

Abstract

This research is motivated by students' low understanding of the content of Pancasila Education Pancasila material. Lack of interesting use of learning media and students lack of awareness to read textbooks. Based on these problems, this study has the aim of developing Canva-based Flipbook learning media to influence student learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education content of Pancasila material in class IV. This research uses a research and development method with the ADDIE model. The media was developed using the Canva application and validated by material experts and media experts. The validation results showed that the media obtained very high feasibility, with a score of 95% from material experts and 89.7% from media experts. The field trial showed an increase in student learning outcomes after using the media, with a teacher response of 98.5% (very effective) and a student response of 83.7% (very effective). The findings of this study indicate that the Canva-based Flipbook media developed in accordance with student needs and learning objectives, is able to create interesting learning, improve concept understanding, so as to improve student learning outcomes. Therefore, this media is declared feasible and effective for use in learning Pancasila Education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research purpose of to describe and analyze the implementation of the storytelling learning method in the distance learning program for package A students at the Kak Seto Homeschooling community learning center in Surabaya; Describe and analyze the experiences of students package A in realizing the storytelling learning method at the Kak Seto Surabaya Homeschooling community learning center; Describe and analyze learning outcomes by applying the storytelling learning method in the distance learning program at the Kak Seto Homeschooling community learning center in Surabaya. This type of research approach uses descriptive with qualitative methods. This research uses data collection techniques through observation data, interviews and documentation. The data validity tests used are credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests, confirmability tests. This research data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research found that by applying the storytelling learning method, students were more enthusiastic about learning and according to the tutor, by applying the storytelling learning method they felt that the learning process was running effectively. During the process of realizing this storytelling learning method, tutors involve online distance learning students in the learning process, so that students have practical experience and prefer the learning process and find it easy to understand the material because they feel connected to relevant stories according to the students' experiences. That way, students have maximum learning outcomes and students have a significant increase in understanding of the material that has been delivered by the tutor.
