Abstract

Interpersonal communication and assertive behavior with intrapersonal conflict in employees are important factors in the work atmosphere, of one of the state-owned banks. Quantitative method research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques on the three variables. Based on the results of the analysis that have a highly significant negative relationship between interpersonal communication and assertive behavior with intrapersonal conflict in employees, and partially a highly significant negative between interpersonal communication and intrapersonal conflict, and there is no relationship between assertive behavior and intrapersonal conflict in employees at one of the state-owned banks.

Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi untuk memetakan praktik, tantangan, dan strategi integrasi teknologi pada pembelajaran PAI. Data dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola pemanfaatan teknologi dan prasyarat keberhasilannya. Integrasi teknologi seperti Learning Management System (LMS), aplikasi interaktif, media sosial, dan platform video meningkatkan motivasi belajar, memperluas akses sumber belajar, serta memfasilitasi interaksi guru–siswa. Strategi gamifikasi dan augmented reality (AR) memperkuat pemahaman konsep keagamaan. Hambatan utama meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur, kesiapan guru, dan kesenjangan digital. Optimalisasi teknologi PAI menuntut pendekatan strategis dan kontekstual melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, penguatan infrastruktur, serta kolaborasi pemangku kepentingan. Temuan menegaskan potensi besar teknologi untuk mendukung pembelajaran PAI yang efektif dan interaktif, dengan syarat implementasi adaptif yang selaras dengan konteks pendidikan lokal.
