Abstract

To achieve the goals of a company, employee performance is needed which is a driving factor for the creation of every organization in the company. However, to support the achievement of company goals, there are several factors that are strong and perfect employee performance, such as Communication, Work Stress, and Compensation. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an Effect of Communication, Work Stress and Compensation on Employee Performance. The analysis method used is quantitative analysis. Using non-probability sampling research techniques with data analysis methods Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Test using partial and simultaneous. Communication t Test Results (X1) of 2,285 with a sig value of 0.005, Work Stress (X2) of 2,715 with a sig value of 0.008, Compensation (X3) of 2,636 with a sig value of 0.001, Test Results F Communication Variables (X1), Work Stress (X2) and Compensation (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) of 14,803 and a sig value of 0.000 Multiple Linear Regression Test Results Employee performance with a constant value of 4,226, Communication Variable (X1) of 0.204 Work Stress Variable (X2) of 0.232 and Compensation Variable (X3) of 0.262..

Abstract

This study aims to see the extent of the influence of the independent variable of the Recruitment Process and the free variable of Selection on the variable tied to Employee Performance partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at PT Padma Soode Indonesia located on Jl. Raya Narogong No.KM.15 Ciketing Udik, Bantar Gebang District, Bekasi City, West Java. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study used the Random Sampling technique. The data obtained is primary data from the results of questionnaire answers distributed to 92 respondents and processed using the SPSS program version 22. The results showed that in the partial t test, the Recruitment Process variable did not have a significant effect on Employee Performance and the Selection Variable had a significant effect on Employee Performance. In Test F, the variables of the Recruitment and Selection Process simultaneously affect Employee Performance. The next suggestion to researchers is to conduct research by adding other variables such as placement and with a larger number of respondents

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance in Jatimulya Village, South Tambun District. This research examines the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance in the Jatimulya sub-district, South Tambun District. The data obtained is primary data and the results of questionnaire answers were distributed to 53 respondents and processed using the SPSS (statistical product and serve solution) version 22 program. The results showed that in the partial t-test, the Leadership Style variable has a positive effect on Employee Performance and the Work Environment Variable has a positive effect on Employee Performance. In the simultaneous F test, the variables of Leadership Style and Work Environment together Influence Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect current ratio, debt to equity ratio, on profit growth in cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period. This research was conducted using a quantitative research approach. The total population in this study amounted to 5 companies. The sample was selected using a saturated sampling technique, in order to obtain a sample of 5 companies. The data used in this study is secondary data collected through annual financial reports accessed from idx.co.id which is the research sample. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The data was tested using the Eviews12 application. Based on the results of the influence test current ratio on profit growth obtained test results with a probability of 0.1235> 0.05 which means that (X1) CR partially does not affect profit growth. Test results debt to equity ratio has a probability of 0.0000 <0.05 which means that (X2) DER partially has a positive effect on profit growth. And (X1) Current ratio ,(X2) Debt to equity ratio simultaneously affect the profit growth
