Jamil Bazarah, M,Sisebagai Pembimbing II.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Motivasi Pimpinan berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Pada Dinas Kebersihan Dan Pertamanan Kota Samarinda. Untuk mendapatkan data penulis melakukan penelitian tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Pimpinan sangat signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur, dalam arti bahwa faktor Kinerja Aparatur Pada Dinas Kebersihan Dan Pertamanan Kota Samarindadari bulan ke bulan bahkan dari tahun ke tahun mengalami perubahan yang meningkat. Hal ini diikuti pula oleh motivasi Pimpinan berfungsi sebagai variabel sebab.Untuk meningkatkan kinerja aparatur di samping faktor motivasi pimpinanmaka faktor lain perlu mendapatkan perhatian sehingga kinerjaaparatur Pada Dinas Kebersihan Dan Pertamanan Kota Samarindadapat ditingkatkan.Kata Kunci :Motivasi Pimpinan, Kinerja AparaturABSTRACTIIN Septiani. Jamil Bazarah, M, Si as Supervisor II.The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Motivation Leaders Influence Against Apparatus Performance On The Department of Sanitation and Gardening Samarinda City. To get the data the authors do the research. The result of the research shows that the Leadership Motivation is very significant to the apparatus performance, in the sense that the apparatus performance factor at the sanitation and gardening office of Samarinda city from month to month even from year to year experienced an increasing change. This is followed by the motivation of Leaders function as a variable cause.To improve the performance of the apparatus in addition to the motivation factor of the leader then other factors need to get attention so that the performance of apparatus At the Department of Sanitation and Garden City of Samarinda can be improved.Keywords : Leadership Motivation, Performance Apparatus]]>
