Abstract

AbstractH.A.R. Tilaar emphasizes to the importance of education based on culture, because education is process of culture. Therefore, between the education and culture has been greatly relation, because the education is not able to be separated from culture that has reflected and grown up dynamically in Indonesian society.The purpose of this research is to determine how the education based on culture according to H.A.R. Tilaar’s perspective. The object of this research was H.A.R. Tilaar’s Perspective which concerns to the education based on culture.The approach of this research was literature review. The source of the data were a text book written by H.A.R. Tilaar and other literatures related to this research. The technique of analyzing data were the content analysis of the text book written by H.A.R. Tilaar and other literatures.The result of this research are : (a) H.A.R. Tilaar conceptualizes the education as an culturing processes; (b) the education process is an culturing process through the interactive process between teachers and students; (c) it is necessary to the Government of Indonesia to correct the National education concept by proposing several aspects such as ; (1) the basic value of education; (2) to notice the function of sociological education; (3) the relation between culture and education; (4) the education as The Agent ofChange, and (5) to get the equalization of education opportunity; and (d) to grow up the creative and adaptive thinking toward education phenomenawhich always move dynamically in the environment of the Indonesian community which has its complexity.Keyword: Education, Culture.

Abstract

Berbicara merupakan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki anak, sesuai dengan tahap dan karakteristik perkembangannya. Seperti halnya keterampilan berbicara pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Pada saat berbicara anak berusaha mengungkapkan ide dan gagasannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berbicara anak kelompok B melalui metode cerita bergambar. Diharapkan kegiatan berbicara menggunakan media buku bergambar yang bervariasi dapat menarik minat anak dan mengembangkan kemampuannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action researc) dengan model Kurt Lewin. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun, kelompok B.1 di PAUD TK ABA Tirta Jaya yang berjumlah 19 anak. Objek penelitian ini adalah kemampuan berbicara anak melalui cerita bergambar. Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara untuk mengetahui kondisi permasalahan yang dihadapi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan yang signifikan dari metode cerita bergambar kepada siswa yang menerima pemberlakukan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berbicara.

Abstract

Pencapaian iklim sekolah yang baik tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kualitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang dalam proses kepemimpinannya mengintegrasikan berbagai kecakapan dan kemampuan yang dimilikinya baik dari segi kemampuan intelektual, emosional maupun kemampuan spiritualitasnya. Hal ini tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa dalam proses kepemimpinan, seorang kepala sekolah dituntut untuk dapat mensinergikan ketiga kemampuan ini dalam membangun interaksi interpersonal maupun sosial dalam lingkup sekolah yang dipimpinnya.Dimensi-dimensi kecerdasan spiritual kepala sekolah dalam hal penguatan iklim sekolah dapat diwujudkan melalui beberapa strategi, yaitu ; menerjemahkan visi dan misi serta tujuan sekolah, membangun sinergitas antar komponen warga sekolah, menggunakan pemahaman dan logika berpikir yang sehat, membangun perasaan cinta akan kebenaran, memberikan teladan yang baik bagi warga sekolah, bertindak dan berperilaku secara adil, membiasakan perilaku jujur, disiplin, dan santun dalam pergaulan,pembiasaan sikap dan pola hidup sederhana; dan mendudukkan segala persoalan pekerjaan dalam organisasi sebagai tugas yang harus diemban dalam kerangka ibadah kepada Sang Pencipta.Berdasarkan strategi tersebut, maka kecerdasan spiritualitas akanberperan sangat strategis dan krusial dalam penguatan iklim sekolah yang sehat, positif dan efektif bagi terselenggaranya proses pendidikan di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to education, affecting teaching and learning methods. This article examines the impact of technology on education, especially in supporting more interactive, flexible and personalized learning. Various digital tools and platforms, such as online learning applications, educational software, as well as augmented reality and virtual reality technologies, enable more engaging and efficient learning experiences for learners. This research uses the literature study method to investigate scientific journal articles that discuss the transformation of learning in the digital era with the use of technology in modern education. The articles were selected based on criteria such as topic relevance, quality of research methodology and theoretical contribution. Searches were conducted in reputable academic databases such as Google Scholar and Sinta (Science and Technology Index) with the keywords "digital education transformation," "technology in education," and "educational innovation”. Once relevant articles were identified, a selection was made to ensure quality standards and significant contributions to the literature. An in-depth analysis was conducted to identify the main themes, methodological approaches, and findings of each study. The results of the analysis are expected to provide insights into recent developments in the use of technology in education and help identify future trends, challenges and opportunities. The findings are expected to provide a basis for the development of more effective education policies and practices in the evolving digital age

Abstract

Desa Poroan merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di wilayah Kecamatan Lamala yang memiliki luas wilayah sebesar 919 m2 dan memiliki jarak 1 km ke ibu kota kecamatan serta memiliki jarak 64 km ke ibu kota Kabupaten (Luwuk). Pemanfaatan desa wisata dengan keindahan alam pantainya belum dikelola dengan baik. Dengan adanya desa wisata ini akan membuka peluang usaha baru dari semua sektor usaha kecil dan menengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan dengan pemerintah Desa, pelaku usaha, wisatawan, dan warga masyarakat. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT. Kesimpulan melalui hasil yang didapatkan menggunakan analisis SWOT kesimpulan yang dapat diambil yakni pengembangan desa wisata pantai kantala memiliki beberapa kendala yakni keterbatasan biaya, Keterbatasan biaya angaran pengembangan objek wisata, kurangnya sarana prasarana, akses jalan masih rusak, kurangnya perawatan terhadap objek wisata dan fasilitas yang sudah ada, lokasi masih dimiliki oleh beberapa warga, bukan milik pemerintah desa dan kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia yang belum mendapat pelatihan mengenai pembuatan desa wisata serta kurangnya melihat peluang yang begitu besar akan dampak apabila wisata dibuka.

Abstract

Education requires input from various parties in the formulation of its policies. Given that the moral crisis is escalating, strict educational management is needed. Education is a process of instilling and developing values and norms that are implicit in every subject, including Islamic education and its teachers. Therefore, it is not only Islamic education teachers who have the responsibility to educate students' morals and character, but this also applies to all educators. Efforts to improve the quality of Islamic education have been widely implemented. The aim is to convey the meaning of education that serves to build the character and morals of a dignified nation in order to educate the nation, develop the potential of Indonesians who are faithful and devoted to God Almighty, have noble morals, are healthy, knowledgeable, skilled, creative, and independent. The shortcomings and strengths of each school will have an impact and require different approaches. Appropriate policies and management will yield positive outcomes aligned with the institution's objectives. Conversely, if management and policies are not tailored to the institution's needs, failure is inevitable. Do not merely focus on the policies and management of other institutions that appear effective and successful. Every institution has different needs and objectives, so policies and management in each school will also differ and should be tailored to their respective needs.

Abstract

Having a moderate nature means not being fanatical, especially to the point of blind fanaticism that always considers others to be wrong. This excessive attitude can trigger the occurrence of religious conflicts that will threaten the sovereignty of the nation. The values of religious moderation among students are only understood by a few students at SMAN 2 Luwuk. SMAN 2 Luwuk continues to strive to instill the values of religious moderation through learning in shaping students who have a harmonious attitude and mutual respect. The results of the study show that the values of religious moderation instilled in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMAN 2 Luwuk are the values of tawassuth, tasamuh or tolerance, fairness, nationalism, unity, equality, and muwatanah. Meanwhile, the methods of planting the values of religious moderation in Islamic Religious Education learning are through exemplary, habituation, and guidance.
