<![CDATA[AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa dengan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik dan Pendekatan Kontekstual di SMP Negeri 1 Parmonangan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan quasy experiment. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Parmonangan yang terdiri dari 3 kelas. Adapun sampel penelitian adalah dua kelas yang telah dipilih secara acak yaitu kelas VIII-A menjadi kelas eksperimen A dengan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik dan siswa kelas VIII-B menjadi kelas eksperimen B dengan Pendekatan Kontekstual yang mana masing-masing kelas terdiri dari 24 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis instrumen posttest berbentuk uraian terdiri dari 3 soal yang telah divalidasi. Dari hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen A sebesar 83,33 sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen B nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 73,87. Sebelum melakukan uji hipotesis, langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas data. Setelah diuji terbukti bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan bersifat homogeny. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t. dari hasil posttest diperoleh . Dengan demikian ditolak dan diterima, sehingga kemampuan literasi matematis siswa dengan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik lebih baik daripada kemampuan literasi matematis siswa dengan Pendekatan Kontekstual. Kata kunci: Literasi, Realistik, Kontekstual AbstractThis research aims to determine whether there is a difference in the mathematical literacy abilities of students with the Realistic Mathematics Approach and the Contextual Approach at Junior High School 1 Parmonangan. This type of research is quasi experiment. The population in this study were all eight grade students of Junior High School 1 Parmonangan which consisted of 3 classes. The research samples were two classes that had been randomly selected, namely class VIII-A to be experimental class A with Realistic Mathematics Approach and class VIII-B students to be experimental class B with Contextual Approach where each class consisted of 24 students. This study uses the type of posttest instrument in the form of a description consisting of 3 question that have been validated. From the results of data analysis that has been carried out, the posttest average value of the experimental class A is 83,33 while in the experimental class B the posttest average value is 73,87. Before testing yhe hypothesis, the first step is to test the normality and test the homogeneity of the data. After being tested, it is proven that the data is normally distributed and homogeneous. Furthermore, the hypothesis test was carried out using the t-test. From the posttest results obtained .
