Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Recruitment, Job Placement, and Financial Compensation on Employee Productivity at PT. Adira Finance Ciledug, Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. Data collection was conducted using a convenience sampling method, with a total population of 79 respondents at PT. Adira Finance Ciledug, Tangerang City. The data used in this study include a validity test of the variables Recruitment, Job Placement, and Financial Compensation on Employee Productivity, where the calculated r value is greater than the table r value of 0.2213. The results of the reliability test using the Cronbach Alpha formula show that the r value is > 0.6, namely r alpha for Recruitment (0.873), Job Placement (0.806), Financial Compensation (0.808), and Employee Productivity (0.818). The classical assumption test is used to strengthen the multiple linear regression analysis by using 3 classical assumption tests, namely the normality test, the multicollinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test, where the 3 tests are free from the classical assumption test (the test is suitable for use). The results of the multiple linear regression analysis in this study are Y = 0.870 + 0.328 (X1) + 0.261 (X2) + 0.394 (X3) while the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.674 or 67.4%, which means that Recruitment, Job Placement, Financial Compensation on Employee Productivity explains the variation in Employee Productivity by 67.4%. The t-test and F-test showed a significant effect both partially and simultaneously. The t-test results for Recruitment were greater than the t-table (3.823>1.99210), for Job Placement were greater than the t-table (2.381>1.99210), and for Financial Compensation were greater than the t table (3.231>1.99210). The F-test showed a calculated F-value of 54.640>F-table 2.73 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Therefore, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the variables of Recruitment, Job Placement, and Financial Compensation at PT. Adira Finance Ciledug, Tangerang City have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of working from home, organizational culture and competence on the work effectiveness of JSR HEALTHY KEBUN employees. The data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires filled out directly by the respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis by first carrying out the classical assumption test which includes the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The results of the validity test showed that all statements used to measure the variables used in this study had a correlation coefficient that was greater than rtable 0.3202 (rtable value for n=39), so it could be concluded that each question item was valid . The results of the reliability test showed that the Cronbach Alpha value was 0.916 > 0.60 so it could be concluded that the instruments used for the variables Working From Home, Organizational Culture and Competence on Work Effectiveness could be said to be reliable. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (r2) it can be concluded that the independent variables Work From Home (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), Competence (X3), in this study were able to explain 81.6% regarding Employee Effectiveness (Y). While the remaining 18.4% is influenced by other factors not examined. Multiple linear regression analysis serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has been processed produces the following regression equation: Y = 10.826 + 0.224 X1 + 0.331 X2 + 0.184 X3 The results show that Working From Home, Organizational Culture and Competence have a positive and significant influence on Work Effectiveness. The results of testing the t-test hypothesis show that the Working From Home, Organizational Culture and Competence variables studied are proven to significantly influence the Employee Work Effectiveness variable partially because they have tcount > ttable and a significance level of less than 0.05. Then through the F statistical test, the results are Ftable (57.191 > 2.87). This can indicate that Working From Home, Organizational Culture and Competence have a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to determine Celebrity Endorser's Interest in Buying Cimory Squeeze, Promotion methods for Interest in Buying Cimory Squeeze. what evaluation has been carried out on Cimory Squeeze's Purchase Interest, what obstacles were found by Celebrity Endorsers during the Promotion towards the Purchase Interest of Cimory Squeeze consumers. Data by conducting field surveys that are related to the problem being studied. This type of research was carried out to obtain primary data, consisting of: Observation, where data collection was carried out by reviewing Cimory Squeeze directly, to record information related to the problem to be studied, namely Celebrity Endorser and Promotion of Purchase Interest and interviews (interview) was conducted with questions and answers with the marketing and consumer departments of Cimory Squeeze. The results show that the Celebrity Endorser used in Cimory Squeeze using Tasyi Athasyia, has achieved good results in accordance with the company's own expectations, Influencers who can be trusted by their followers, have good skills to convince followers to buy the product being endorsed, Tasyi's appeal can make her followers always want to see Tasyi reviewing endorsements. The promotional methods used by Cimory Squeeze are, providing price cuts or discounts, using Influencer services, using print advertising, and using electronic advertising. Using this method can attract consumers to find out about Cimory Squeeze products. Evaluation carried out on interest in purchasing Cimory Squeeze, namely by carrying out promotions using banner print media, providing cashback, fostering exploratory interest in consumers and creating consumers' desire to recommend Cimory Squeeze products to friends, co-workers and family. Constraints on Celebrity Endorser, Promotion and Purchase Interest, namely: Constraints on Celebrity Endorser, difficulty in finding similar artists with characters that suit Cimory Squeeze products, selection based on good image, care about health, having influence to influence followers, and the existence of Artists who have allergies to yogurt. Constraints on Promotion, cimory is the first Yoghurt that can be eaten practically so it is quite difficult to introduce the product, there are rarely big events in malls to hold bazaars. Obstacles in buying interest, budget mismatch with the price of contracted artists and the difficulty of companies making Top of Mind products.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of the influence of leave rights, employee empowerment and work stress on employee productivity at PT Zieka Putra Utama, both partially and simultaneously. The data used in this research includes testing the validity of the variables Leave Rights, Employee Empowerment, and Work Stress on Employee Productivity where the calculated r is greater than the table r of 0.2542. From the results of the reliability test using the Cronbach Alpha formula, there are results with r alpha values ​​> 0.6, namely r alpha Leave Rights (0.869), Employee Empowerment (0.829), Work Stress (0.822), Employee Productivity (0.884). The results of multiple linear regression analysis in this research are Y = 2.476 + 0.311 (X1) + 0.311 (X2) + 0.316 (X3) while the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.645 or 64.5%, which means that Leave Rights, Employee Empowerment, and Job Stress on Employee Productivity explains the variation in Employee Productivity by 64.5%. The t test and F test show a significant effect both partially and simultaneously with the t test results from Leave Rights t calculated greater than t table (3.003>2.00324) from Employee Empowerment t calculated greater than t table (2.956>2, 00324), from Job Stress the calculated t is greater than the t table (2.258>2.00324) while the F test shows the calculated F value is 36.801 > F table 2.77 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted . So it can be concluded that the variables: Leave Rights, Employee Empowerment, and Work Stress, Employee Productivity at PT Zieka Putra Utama have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the procedures in the petty cash fund management andrecording system, the process flow in the petty cash fund management and recording system,what methods are used in the petty cash fund management and recording system, thedocuments required in the petty cash fund management and recording system , accountingrecords carried out in managing and recording petty cash funds, obstacles in managing andrecording petty cash funds, evaluation in managing and recording petty cash funds towardsimproving operational performance in 2023. Data from conducting field surveys that arerelated to the problem under study . This type of research was carried out to obtain primarydata, consisting of: Observations and interviews. The results show that this system involves afinance department that is responsible for submitting and verifying expenditures, ensuringeach transaction is supported by relevant evidence. Petty cash funds are used for various dailyoperational expenses such as purchasing live shopee and tiktokshop coins, KOL endorsementpayments, and shipping costs for goods. The expenditure application and verification processis carried out carefully to ensure accuracy and relevance to needs.
