Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation and teamwork on employee performance. The research method used was quantitative, with a saturated sampling approach, where the entire population was used as a sample of 45 employees. As for the results of the study, it can be explained that the influence of work motivation on employee performance produces a t count of 6.941 greater than the t table of 1.668 (6.941>1.668) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Work Motivation (X1) on employee performance partially. Likewise, the influence of Teamwork (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) can be explained that the t count result of 7.214 is greater than the t table of 1.668 (7.214>1.668) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Team Performance on Employee Performance partially. The influence of Work Motivation (X1) and Teamwork (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) simultaneously can be explained that the calculated F result of 43.123 is greater than the Ftable of 3.14 (43.123>3.14) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a significant influence between motivation and teamwork on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of leadership style on the work performance of PT. Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk (2) The effect of competence on the work performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk (3) Effect of job training on work performance of PT. Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk. The population and sample are 58 respondents. Using qualitative research methods with multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of leadership style (X1), competence (X2), job training (X3) and employee performance (Y). From the results of the research that has been done, multiple linear regression analysis is obtained as follows Y = 7.388 + 0.255X1 + 0.269X2 + 0.290X3. The t-test results of leadership style (X1) obtained t count (2.512) > t table (2.005) then Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted which means it affects employee performance, competence (X2) obtained t count (2.067) > t table (2.005 ) then Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, which means it affects employee performance, job training (X3) is obtained by t count (2.766) > t table (2.005) then Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted, which means it affects employee performance. The results of the F test obtained an F table value of 2.78 where F count > F table (96.446 > 2.78) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H4 is accepted meaning leadership style (X1), competence ( X2), and job training (X3) together have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.817 or 81.7%, meaning that the influence of leadership style, competence and job training on employee performance is 81.7%. While the remaining 18.3% is explained by other variables that are not included in the problems of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and communication on employee performance at PT Proteksi Antar Nusa Jakarta. The data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires to all 54 employees of PT Proteksi Antar Nusa Jakarta. Data analysis in this research used SPSS VERSION 24. The sampling technique used was a survey and distribution of questionnaires to employees and testing of the data used in the research used the Simple Random Sampling method. Data analysis in this research used Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test, T Test, and F Test. From the research results of the Determination coefficient test, adjusted R2 obtained a value of 0.820 or 82%. This shows that 82% of employee performance is influenced by leadership style and communication variables, while the remaining 18% is influenced by other variables such as competence, discipline, etc. In the t test, the calculated t value for the leadership and communication style variables respectively is 2.496 and 2.210, which is greater than t table 2.009 with a probability level of 0.016, 0.032, and 0.024 respectively which is smaller than the alpha probability of 0.05, so that partially the style variable Leadership and communication have a significant effect on the performance of PT Proteksi Antar Nusa Jakarta employees. The F test produces an Fcount value of 81.474 which is greater than Ftable 2.79. Then, with a significance level of 0.000, it is smaller than the alpha probability level of 0.05 so that simultaneously the leadership style and communication variables have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the influence of leadership style and work stress on the performance of employees who are students at STIE Bhakti Pembangunan, Even Period 2023/2024. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google form to all evening students who were already working, especially those taking 50 reviewer lectures as lecturers consisting of two courses, namely from the Organizational Theory and Organizational Development classes. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 24. The sampling technique used was a survey and distribution of questionnaires to students with employee status and data testing used in the research used the Simple Random Sampling method. Data analysis in this study used Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, t Test, and F Test. From the research results of the adjusted R2 coefficient of determination test, a value of 0.811 or 81% was obtained. This shows that 81% of employee performance is influenced by leadership style variables and work stress, while the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables such as competence, discipline, etc. In the t test, the calculated t value for the leadership style and work stress variables respectively is 2.493, 2.207, and 2.232 which is greater than t table 2.009 with a probability level of 0.016, 0.032, and 0.024 respectively which is smaller than the alpha probability of 0.05, so that in general The partial variables of leadership style and work stress have a very strong and significant effect on employee performance. The F test produces an Fcount value of 81.474 which is greater than Ftable 2.79. Then, with a significance level of 0.000, it is smaller than the alpha probability level of 0.05 so that simultaneously the variables of leadership style and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Service Quality and Price on CustomerSatisfaction with Printing Services located around STIE Bhakti Pembangunan. The subjects in thisresearch were consumers who ordered prints at printing shops around STIE BhaktiPembangunan. The independent variables in this research are Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2)with the dependent variable being Customer Satisfaction (Y). From the results of the t test analysiswith a significance level of 5%, it shows that Service Quality is 0.015, and Price is 0.018. The resultsof the F test show that simultaneously or simultaneously the variables Service Quality and Pricehave an influence on Customer Satisfaction with the calculated F value obtained at 103.367. Thevalue in the Coefficient of Determination (R2) test is 0.858. This figure shows that CustomerSatisfaction can be explained by the Service Quality and Price factors at 85.8%, while theremaining 14.2% is explained by other factors which are likely to have a greater influence on thePrinting Services that grow around the STIE Bhakti Pembangunan campus.
