This study aims to analyze the management of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum development based on the pesantren program at SMP As-Siddiqy Bungatan Situbondo. Curriculum plays a strategic role in education as it determines the direction, content, and learning process. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that: (1) curriculum planning was carried out through the formulation of objectives, development of learning materials, strategies, and teaching methods; (2) implementation was realized through the integration of pesantren programs such as classical Islamic text studies, Qur’an memorization, worship training, and Islamic celebrations into the school curriculum. This study highlights the importance of synchronizing school and pesantren curricula to ensure relevance in contemporary contexts, and recommends further research on integrative curriculum models. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis manajemen pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis program pesantren di SMP As-Siddiqy Bungatan Situbondo. Kurikulum merupakan unsur strategis dalam pendidikan karena menentukan arah, isi, dan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan kurikulum PAI berbasis pesantren dilakukan melalui perumusan tujuan, pengembangan materi, strategi, dan metode pembelajaran; (2) pelaksanaannya diwujudkan dengan integrasi program pesantren seperti kajian kitab, tahfidz, pelatihan ibadah, serta perayaan hari besar Islam ke dalam kurikulum sekolah. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya sinkronisasi kurikulum sekolah dan pesantren agar lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman, serta merekomendasikan studi lanjut tentang model integratif kurikulum sekolah–pesantren.
