Abstract

Abstract : Child under five years of age is the age where children are experiencing rapid growth and development. Child growth and development can be stimulated by giving educational games that can help children creative in  corporate capabilities that is inside the child so as to optimize the development of the child according to age and level of development and useful for physical aspects, language, cognitive, and social. The aim of this study was  to know the influence of educational games on the development of the child in the early childhood education “Cinta Bunda” of Baran Sukoharjo Regency. The research Method with  quasi experiment with pre test post test by giving educational games. The subject are 30 children at PAUD Cinta Bunda Baran Village Sukoharjo. Test results with Paired T-test the program SPSS version 18.0 obtained p value 0.000 of p < 0.05 means  Ha accepted and Ho  rejected. The conclusion that there is an influence on the development of educational games children early childhood education “Cinta Bunda” village of Baran Sukoharjo.Keywords: Educational Games, The Development of The Child Abstrak : Usia balita merupakan usia dimana anak mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang pesat. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak bisa distimulasi salah satunya dengan memberikan permainan edukatif yang bisa membantu anak berkreativitas dalam mengeksplor kemampuan yang ada dalam diri anak tersebut sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan perkembangan anak sesuai usia dan tingkat perkembangannya dan berguna untuk aspek fisik, bahasa, kognitif, dan sosial anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan edukatif terhadap perkembangan pada anak di PAUD Cinta Bunda Desa Baran Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen semu atau quasi experiment dengan rancangan pre test post test dengan cara memberikan permainan edukatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 anak PAUD Cinta Bunda Desa Baran Sukoharjo. Hasil uji dengan Paired T-test program SPSS versi 18.0 diperoleh p sebesar 0,000 sehingga nilai p < 0,05 yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang menunjukkan ada pengaruh permainan edukatif terhadap perkembangan anak di PAUD Cinta Bunda Desa Baran Kabupaten Sukoharjo.Kata kunci : Permainan edukatif, perkembangan anak

Abstract

AbstractThe task of psychosocial development of the preschool age is to foster a sense ofinitiative.To support the normal development required appropriate parenting andsupported by parental education. The purpose of this study was to determine thecorrelation between education and parenting with psychosocial development.The subjects were mother of the Kindergarten Al-Abidin Banyuanyar Surakarta.Thisresearch method of design correlation with cross sectional approach method. Thesampling techniques are simple random sampling. The data obtained are then analyzedby chi square test with p = 0.05.The results of research showed Mothers with higher education level as many as 25people (56.82%) and intermediate 19 people (43.18%), parenting democratic as many as38 people (86.4%) and non-democratic 6 people (13.6%), children with appropriatepsychosocial development as many as 37 child (84.1%) and is not suitable 7 child(15.9%). The correlation between education and psychosocial development obtained p =0.395 (p > 0.05), which means that Ho is accepted, the correlation between of parentingand psychosocial development obtained p < 0.001 (p < 0.05), which means Ha isaccepted. It can be concluted that there is no relationship of the educational level with thepsychosocial development and there is relationship of the parenting with the psychosocialdevelopment.Keywords : Level of education, Parenting, Psychosocial Development

Abstract

Background: Child development is a very important part. The percentage of underweightunder five years of age in Indonesia at 2017 was 17.8%. Children's vulnerability to thedisease can affect children's growth can be reduced either by giving immunizations.Children who get complete immunization will have strong immunity and becoming healthychildren, where the conditions favor the optimal development of the child. At PosyanduDewi Sawitri there are children immunized incomplete and growth are not in accordancewith his age.Purpose and benefit: To determine the role of complete basic immunization in childdevelopment. The benefits of the research are highlighted the importance of a completebasic immunization in children as one of the efforts to promote growth and developmentof children.The subject of study: 56 children aged 1-3 years in Posyandu Dewi Sawitri Kartasura.Method Research of analytical observation, correlation design with cross sectionalmethod. Sampling is purposive sampling. The data obtained were analyzed with ChiSquare test with p = 0.05.The Result of Research: Have shown that children with a complete basic immunization of40 children (71.4%), did not complete 16 children (28.6%). Children with optimal growthof 37 children (66.1%), is not optimal 19 children (33.9%). Children with developmentalcorresponding 46 children (82.1%), do not fit in 10 children (17.9%). The results of theanalysis of complete basic immunization role in the growth of children using Chi Squaretest was obtained p = 0.026 (p <0.05), which means Ha accepted, and role in childdevelopment obtained p = 0.001 (p <0.05), which means Ha accepted.Conclusion: Complete basic immunization role in growth and development of the child.Keywords: Completeness of immunization, child development, child growth

Abstract

Background: Optimal mental emotional development of early childhood will be very beneficial for the formation of children's personality in the future. The prevalence of people who experience a national mental emotional disorder is 6.0% (Riskesdas, 2013). Detection of mental emotional development in pre-school children is very important to do in early detection of mental emotional deviations / problems in children so that intervention can be done immediately. Child's mental emotional development is strongly influenced by the family environment. The success of character formation in children is influenced by parenting style. Purpose to determine the role of parenting in mental emotional development in preschool children. The benefits of research are to provide an overview of the importance of parenting right as an effort to support mental emotional development in children. The subject of study is 35 pre-school children at TK B Widya Wacana 4 Kartasura. Research in the form of analytic observation, correlation design with cross sectional method. Sampling in total sampling. The data obtained were analyzed by the Spearman Rank test with p = 0.05. The Result of Research is shows children with authoritative parenting 31 children (88.6%), permissive 4 children (11.4%). Children with normal mental emotional development 24 children (68.6%), there may be a problem with 11 children (31.4%). The results of the analysis of the role of parenting in the development of children's mental emotional use Rank Spearman test obtained p = 0.048 (p <0.05). The conclusion is parenting patterns play a role in the child's mental emotional development. Keywords: Mental emotional development of children, parenting parents

Abstract

Background. Malnutrition in children can affect growth and development. Infectious diseases are also associated with malnutrition, including diarrhea and Acute Respiratory Infections where this condition still occurs in Posyandu Kusuma, Palur Village.The Aim of the Study. To find the relationship between the history of acute respiratory infections and diarrhea with the nutritional status of children. Subject and Method. Subject were 47 of children 1-5 years old in Posyandu Kusuma at Palur Village. This research was observational analytic and correlation design with cross sectional method. Sampling by accidental sampling. The data obtained were analyzed using the Chi Square test.Result. The children with a history of diarrhea were  8 (17%), 39 with no history of diarrhea (83%), 16 with history of acute respiratory infections (34%), 31 with no history of acute respiratory infections (66%). The Childrens with good nutritional status were 34 (72.3%), 13 underweight nutritional status (27.7%). The results showed that the relationship of diarrhea history obtained p = 0.001 and a history of Acute Respiratory Infections obtained p = 0.693 to nutritional status.Conclusion. History of diarrhea has a significant relationship with the nutritional status of children (p=0.001) and a history of acute respiratory infections has no relationship with the nutritional status of children (p=0.693).Keywords : diarrhea, history of acute respiratory infections, nutritional status.Korespondensi: Ratna Indriati.
