Abstract

This study aims to examine the practice of forced marriage by adoptive parents within the framework of Shafi'i jurisprudence, taking Decision No. 3298/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Smdg as a case study. It is a normative legal research employing a qualitative approach. The data were gathered through literature review, using primary legal materials in the form of court decisions, along with secondary legal sources derived from Shafi'i fiqh books and relevant statutory regulations. The findings reveal that the Shafi'i school recognizes the right of ijbar only for biological fathers and grandfathers, thereby excluding adoptive parents acting as guardians (kafalah) from holding such authority. In this case, the panel of judges annulled the marriage due to the absence of the bride’s consent, as stipulated in Article 6 of Law No. 1 of 1974 and Article 71 letter (f) of the Compilation of Islamic Law. This decision illustrates the alignment between positive law and sharia principles, particularly the maxim ad-dhararu yuzal (harm must be eliminated), to ensure the protection of individual rights in marriage.

Abstract

Community service through Social Work Lectures (KKS) is one form of student contribution in overcoming problems in society. This research aims to examine the role of KKS in increasing public awareness and providing education to the community in Trimorjo Village, Metro. The method used in this research is observation. KKS students participated in activities to create public awareness of the importance of science, to create quality, character, creative and innovative human resources. The research results show that through KKS, public awareness in Trimorjo Metro Subdistrict has increased significantly. The public is starting to understand how important it is to learn to deepen Islamic knowledge, especially in the field of reading the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly, also showing increased knowledge about the importance of learning to read the Al-Quran using methods that have been socialized through educational activities carried out by female students. KKS to the Trimurjo community.

Abstract

Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) merupakan suatu ilmu yang mempelajari segala sesuatu di alam sekitar, termasuk benda-benda, peristiwa, dan fenomena yang terjadi di alam. Dalam IPA, konsep yang harus dipelajari oleh siswa sistem tata surya. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan di MTS Mas'udiyah Wonomulyo, metode pembelajaran yang saat ini digunakan untuk mengajarkan materi sistem tata surya masih bersifat tradisional atau manual, yaitu menggunakan buku cetak dan papan tulis. Pendekatan ini cenderung membuat siswa menjadi pasif dan kurang interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sebagai solusi inovatif, peneliti memutuskan untuk menggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) sebagai alternatif alat peraga untuk membantu proses belajar mengajar materi sistem tata surya. AR memungkinkan siswa untuk melihat dan berinteraksi dengan objek virtual yang terintegrasi dengan lingkungan sekitar mereka. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan optimal. Objek dapat terdeteksi dengan area tracking berjarak 20 cm - 50 cm dengan intensitas cahaya diatas 0 lux.
