Abstract

Salah satu desa di Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali yang memiliki keunggulan di bidang holtikultura berupa tanaman hias adalah Desa Petiga, Kecamatan Marga. Sejak tahun 2016 Desa Petiga ditetapkan sebagai lokasi pembangunan kawasan pedesaan yang merupakan kawasan pedesaan prioritas nasional (KPPN) melalui Keputusan Bupati Tabanan Nomor :80/373/02/HK&HAM/ 2016. Desa ini dikenal dengan desa agropolitan tanaman hias karena hampir 90% penduduknya bermata pencaharian utama menjadi petani tanaman hias. Desa Petiga memiliki luas wilayah 281 hektar, dengan 89% (250 hektar) merupakan lahan pertanian dan sisanya 11% (31 hektar) ladang. Jumlah penduduk 1.801 orang (923 laki-laki dan 878 perempuan) yang terbagi menjadi 573 KK. Tersebar ke dalam tiga dusun, yaitu: Semingan, Petiga Kangin, dan Belanban. Program PIPK ini berusaha memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra, yaitu: Mitra 1 kelompok tani Tanaman Hias Guna Sari, Mitra 2 KWT Mekar Sari, Mitra 3 Kelompok Simatri Sekar Pasti Wangi, dan Mitra 4 Koperasi Guna Sari. Permasalahanya adalah Produksi, penataan stok pembibitan dan media tanam, dan Pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan meliputi: PALS (participatory action learning system), Enthrepreneurship Capasity Building (ECB), Technology Transfer (TT), serta menerapkan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG), persuasif, dan edukatif. Evaluasi pelaksanaan program dengan target terjadi peningkatan level keberdayaan mitra, produktivitas usaha tanaman hias meningkat, dan pendapatan petani meningkat melaui penjualan tanaman hias, kompos, maupun sayur mayur, dan bio urine. Luaran akademik tahun-2 adalah: publikasi pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi Sinta 4, berita di media massa online nasional, dan video kegiatan pengabdian yang ditayangkan di Youtube.   One of the villages in Tabanan Regency, Bali which has advantages in the field of horticulture in the form of ornamental plants is Petiga Village, Marga District. Since 2016, Petiga Village has been designated as a location for rural development which is a national priority rural area (KPPN) through the Decree of the Regent of Tabanan Number: 80/373/02/HK&HAM/ 2016. This village is known as an ornamental plant agropolitan village because almost 90% of its population's main livelihood is ornamental plant farmers. Petiga Village has an area of 281 hectares, with 89% (250 hectares) being agricultural land and the remaining 11% (31 hectares) being fields. The population is 1,801 people (923 men and 878 women) divided into 573 families. Spread into three hamlets, namely: Semingan, Petiga Kangin, and Belanban. This PIPK program seeks to provide solutions to the problems faced by partners, namely: Partner 1: the Guna Sari Ornamental Plant farmer group, Partner 2: KWT Mekar Sari, Partner 3: the Simatri Sekar Pasti Wangi Group, and Partner 4: the Guna Sari Cooperative. The problems are production, arrangement of nursery stock and planting media, and marketing. The implementation methods used include: PALS (participatory action learning system), Entrepreneurship Capacity Building (ECB), Technology Transfer (TT), as well as applying Appropriate Technology (TTG), persuasive and educational. Evaluation of program implementation with the target of increasing the level of partner empowerment, increasing ornamental plant business productivity, and increasing farmer income through sales of ornamental plants, compost, vegetables, and bio urine. Year 2 academic outcomes are: publications in the accredited national journal Sinta 4, news in national online mass media, and videos of service activities broadcast on YouTube.

Abstract

SMP N 1 Marga dan SMP N 2 Marga berlokasi di Kabupaten Tabanan Provinsi Bali. Kedua sekolah tersebut memiliki karaketeristik yang hampir sama dilihat dari SDM guru, input siswa, sarana dan prasaran yang tersedia, termasuk fasilitas internet. Semenjak pandemi Covid-19 menyerang, guru dituntut untuk merubah pola pembelajaran dari belajar tatap muka menuju pembelajaran online, baik dari perencaan, pelaksanaan, maupun evaluasinya. Permasalahan ketiga sekolah mitra tersebut adalah: (1) rendahnya penguasaan IT guru dalam pembelajaran online, (2) rendahnya pemahaman dan kemampuan guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis canva, dan (3) rendahnya kualitas soal ujian buatan guru termasuk proyek P5. Selain ketidak mampuan guru melaksanakan ulangan atau tes secara online menggunakan berbagai platform yang ada, kualitas soal yang dibuat guru juga masih rendah. Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan PBM ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra, melaksanakan pembelajaran online, evaluasi online, dan menyusun soal ujian yang bermutu. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah melakukan penguatan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional guru dalam bentuk kegiatan workshop serta praktik terbimbing: (1) workshop 1 dan praktik terbimbing 1 penguasaan IT guru dalam pembelajaran dan tes online, (2) workshop 2 dan praktik terbimbing 2 dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dan tes online, (3) workshop 3 dan praktik terbimbing 3 tentang prosedur penyusunan soal-soal ujian berbasis HOTS. Luaran berupa: (1) meningkatnya kemampuan dan keterampilan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dan tes online (70%), (2) meningkatnya kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam menyusun RPP online (75%), (3) peningkatan kemampuan guru untuk menyusun soal ujian berbasis HOTS (100%), (5) publikasi di media online, (6) video di Cenel You Tube, dan (7) adanya artikel ilmiah.   SMP N 1 Marga and SMP N 2 Marga are located in Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. The two schools have almost the same characteristics in terms of teacher, student input, available facilities and infrastructure, including internet facilities. Since the Covid-19 pandemic struck, teachers have been required to change learning patterns from face-to-face learning to online learning, both in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation. The problems of the three partner schools are: (1) low teacher IT mastery in online learning, (2) low teacher understanding and ability in creating Canva-based learning media, and (3) low quality of teacher-made exam questions including the P5 project. Apart from the inability of teachers to carry out online tests using various existing platforms, the quality of questions created by teachers is also still low. The aim of carrying out this teaching and learning training activity is to overcome problems faced by partners, carry out online learning, online evaluation, and prepare quality exam questions. The solution offered is to strengthen teachers' pedagogical competence and professional competence in the form of workshop activities and guided practice: (1) workshop 1 and guided practice 1 are teacher IT mastery in online learning and tests, (2) workshop 2 and guided practice 2 are implementing learning and online tests, (3) workshop 3 and guided practice 3 are procedures for preparing HOTS-based exam questions. Outcomes include: (1) increased ability and skills of teachers in carrying out online learning and tests (70%), (2) increased ability and skills in compiling online lesson plans (75%), (3) increased ability of teachers to compose HOTS-based exam questions (100%), (5) publications in online media, (6) videos on Cenel You Tube, and (7) scientific articles.
