Abstract

Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Pengolah dan Pemasar Ikan (POKDAKAN) Planet Bandeng yang dipimpin Ibu Hj. Khusnul Khotimah beralamat Jl. KH. Suwaifi Tengah RT 10 RW 03 Desa Kalanganyar Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo Provinsi Jawa Timur ini merupakan salah satu wujud potensi warga dalam peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat dengan mengolah ikan bandeng menjadi makanan beragam jenis, di tengah masalah yang dialami: 1). Bidang Produksi, meliputi: Sanitasi dan Hieginitas Produk, Perubahan Pola Pikir Masyarakat, Rendahnya Tingkat Keawetan Produk, Proses Pengolahan Manual, Belum Efisiennya Proses Produksi, Penanganan Limbah Pembersihan Ikan Bandeng, serta Proses dan Lokasi Penjemuran Kerupuk, sedangkan masalah pada Bidang Pemasaran: Teknik dan Model Pemasaran, serta Kurang Menariknya Produk Olahan. Metode yang diterapkan sebagai solusi terhadap masalah, yaitu: 1). Metode Penyelesaian, 2). Metode Pelaksanaan, dan 3). Metode Pendekatan. Penggunaan peralatan produksi yang lebih modern (vakum dan mesin chopper), serta pengadaan oven listrik dan solar dryer berbasis tenaga surya diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi dari permasalahan di bidang Produksi. Sedangkan dengan pelatihan dan sosialisasi, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan sanitasi dan hieginitas produk agar dapat memenuhi tata cara proses pembuatan makanan yang baik, produk lebih awet, proses produksi lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat memenuhi pesanan dalam jumlah besar dan harapan konsumen terhadap produk yang diinginkan, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan jumlah penjualan sesuai yang ditargetkan. Joint Business Group (KUB) Fish Processing and Marketing (POKDAKAN) Planet Bandeng led by Mrs. Hj. Khusnul Khotimah located at Jl. KH. Suwaifi Tengah RT 10 RW 03 Kalanganyar Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province is one of the potential manifestations of residents in improving the community's economy by processing milkfish into various types of food, amidst the problems experienced: 1). Production Field, including: Product Sanitation and Hygiene, Changes in Community Mindset, Low Level of Product Durability, Manual Processing Process, Inefficient Production Process, Handling of Milkfish Cleaning Waste, and Cracker Drying Process and Location, while problems in the Marketing Field: Marketing Techniques and Models, and Lack of Attractiveness of Processed Products. The methods applied as solutions to the problems, namely: 1). Resolution Method, 2). Implementation Method, and 3). Approach Method. The use of more modern production equipment (vacuum and chopper machines), as well as the procurement of electric ovens and solar-powered solar dryers are expected to provide solutions to problems in the production sector. Meanwhile, with training and socialization, it is hoped that it can increase knowledge of sanitation and product hygiene in order to comply with good food manufacturing procedures, longer-lasting products, more effective and efficient production processes so that they can fulfill large orders and consumer expectations for the desired product, which in turn can increase the number of sales as targeted.

Abstract

Sidoarjo Regency, known as the "City of SMEs" due to its various superior regional products supporting the One Village One Product (OVOP) program, has led to increasingly fierce competition, thus demanding product differentiation, one of which is through a Green Marketing approach. The partner in this community service is the Nabila Art Gallery SME, an aromatherapy lamp manufacturer that still faces obstacles in the form of low competitiveness due to a lack of understanding of environmentally friendly promotions, product differentiation, and the use of sustainable packaging. The objective of the activity is to increase the competitiveness of partners through the implementation of Green Marketing strategies that include Green Products, Green Advertising, and Green Brands. The implementation methods include socialization, training, implementation assistance, and achievement evaluation using surveys with 15 participants. The results show that SMEs experienced a 45% increase in understanding of the Green Marketing concept, a 38% increase in branding ability, and an average increase in sales of 22%. The application of eco-friendly labels, consumer education, and differentiation based on local uniqueness have proven relevant to boosting the position of OVOP products in Sidoarjo.
