Abstract

Pendidikan nonformal menyediakan jalur pembelajaran alternatif untuk mendukung pendidikan sepanjang hayat, terutama bagi masyarakat yang tidak dapat mengakses atau menyelesaikan pendidikan formal. Salah satu bentuknya adalah Program Paket A, setara dengan pendidikan dasar, yang memainkan peran strategis dalam mengatasi rendahnya tingkat literasi di Indonesia. Namun, siswa Paket A di SPNF SKB Pasaman sering mengalami prestasi membaca yang rendah karena penggunaan modul berstandar nasional yang kurang relevan dengan budaya lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi modul bahasa Indonesia berbasis kearifan lokal untuk siswa kelas enam Paket A, dengan fokus pada validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, yang melibatkan 20 siswa berusia 12–15 tahun sebagai partisipan. Validasi oleh para ahli menunjukkan bahwa modul tersebut mencapai skor 3,60 untuk konten (sangat valid) dan 3,30 untuk media dan bahasa (valid). Uji praktikalitas dengan guru dan siswa menghasilkan skor rata-rata 41,45, yang dikategorikan sangat praktis. Uji efektivitas menggunakan uji-t sampel berpasangan menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan, dengan nilai t sebesar 14,81 (lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar 2,093) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengintegrasian kearifan lokal ke dalam bahan ajar meningkatkan relevansi, motivasi, dan keterlibatan, yang mengarah pada peningkatan pencapaian literasi yang terukur. Dengan demikian, modul yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam Program Paket A dan berpotensi untuk diadaptasi ke mata pelajaran dan jenjang pendidikan lain guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan nonformal.

Abstract

Education and training are key elements in developing human resources to achieve progress and success in various areas of life. In this context, the Education and Training Program (Training and Education is an abbreviation for Education and Training) becomes an important approach in meeting the learning needs and development of individual and group competencies. Developing a learning strategy-based training program (Diklat) is a strategic step in ensuring that the training provided can have a positive and effective impact on participants. In this ever-developing era, education and training have a very important role in improving the quality of human resources. Therefore, the use of appropriate learning strategies is the main key in designing training programs that are relevant and can stimulate the development of participant competencies. The method used to create this article was a quantitative approach. Meanwhile, the type of research carried out is literature review. In learning strategy-based training, training participants will also be given the opportunity to practice implementing effective learning strategies through simulations and role plays. This aims to enable them to practically understand how to manage the learning process and provide a meaningful learning experience for training participants.

Abstract

Agriculture is part of national economic development which is based on efforts to create a prosperous, just and prosperous Indonesian society as mandated in the 1945 Constitution. To improve the economy in the agricultural sector, one thing that can be done is to form a Women's Farmers Group (KWT). The existence of KWT shows that women can also be active in agricultural activities and there is no difference from men. The method used in this research is descriptive which describes the research results but does not produce broader conclusions. Data collection techniques were obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The object of research in this research is the Women's Farmers Group (KWT) which consists of 2 groups, namely KWT Tuah Sepakat which has 25 members and KWT Banjar Padang Sepakat which has 29 members. The existence of KWT in Batu Kambing provides real results, where farmers are able to manage their yards or yards into land for growing vegetables or secondary crops. Apart from that, it can help the family's economy because their farming results can be used for daily needs and can even be sold to other people.
