<![CDATA[The Performance of Agribisness Melon Awot in Kelurahan Talang Kramat Kecamatan Talang Kelapa Kabupaten Banyuasin. The purpose of this research was to determine the application of Performance of Agribisness Melon Awot in Kelurahan Talang Kramat Kecamatan Talang Kelapa Kabupaten Banyuasin. To determine the constraints Performance of agribisness Melon Awot in Kelurahan Talang Kramat Kecamatan Talang Kelapa Kabupaten Banyuasin. And to investigate the income Performance of Agribisness Melon Awot in Kelurahan Talang Kramat Kecamatan Talang Kelapa Kabupaten Banyuasin. This research was conducted in the District of Kramat Village Talang Kelapa Banyuasin. On January to March 2016. The research method in this study used a survey, for the methods of sampling the writer used the purposive sampling technique. In this study the writer used the observation and direct interview to the respondents who have been determined by using tools like questionnaire that has been prepared in advance for collecting the data. The management of data have done by using tabulation and then was analyzed by descriptive qualitative approach and descriptive analysis matematie. Results of this research addressing that, Melon Agribusiness Performance of Awot include: Subsystem Proviion of Means of Production, farming subsystems, marketing Subsystem. Sales activities melon fruit crops undertaken by farmers of melon by way of the consumer come directly to the location of the plantation. Melon farming in area Kelurahan Talang Kramat Kecamatan Talang Kelapa Kabupaten Banyuasin well worth the effort. Where the R / C obtained was 1.4, which means every additional Rp 1 which spent will give a reception at 1.4 with R / C more than one can say itââ¬â¢s profitable the farmers.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision of farmers in organic rice cultivation, and to find out how much income farmers cultivate paddy organic and non organic. This research was conducted in Karang Sari Village Belitang III District of East OKU District from July to August 2017. The research method used was survey, while the sampling method used was disproportionate stratified random sampling method with 44 respondents. Methods of data collection used observation and interview methods. The data obtained in the field first grouped then processed by tabulation. To answer the first problem is done mathematical model and described descriptively with logit model regression equation. Furthermore, to analyze and compare the income of organic rice farmers and non-organic rice used parametric analysis with t-test. Statistical test is done by using computer application program SPSS for windows 16,00. Result of research that simultaneously factor influencing decision of farmer age, land area, education, motivation have real effect to farmer decision. Partially age and motivation have a significant effect on the decision, while the area of land and education has no significant effect on the decision of farmers to cause organic rice. Revenue received by organic rice farmers is greater than that of non-organic paddy farmers extending cultivation or per hectare per planting season in accordance with the hypothesis]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This research aims to know the profile of Suroso in developing vegetable crops in the administrative village of Talang Jambe sub-region Sukarami, Palembang city. This research has been conducted in the administrative village of TalangJambe, sub-region Sukarame Palembang city from April to June 2017. The research method used in this research is case study. For sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling (samples are taken purposely). Data gathering methods used in this research are observation and direct interview with selected respondents using questionnaire prepared beforehand. `Data processing and analysis methods were done in qualitative descriptive approach. To find out how big his income is, the approach of mathematics model was chosen and explained descriptively. The result of this research, the profile of Suroso can be seen through these following internal characteristics , external characteristics and the result shows that the income of Suroso. ABSTRAK    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil Suroso dalam pengembangan tanaman sayuran dan besarnya pendapatan Suroso di Kelurahan Talang Jambe Kecamatan Sukarami Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Talang Jambe Kecamatan Sukarami Kota Palembang pada April sampai juni 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus (case study), Untuk Metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling (secara sengaja) yaitu sampel diambil secara sengaja. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara secara langsung kepada responden yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu quisioner yang telah dipersiapkan sebelumnya. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualititatif. Untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan usahatani Tanaman Sayuran digunakan analisa pendapatan dengan pendekatan model matematis dan dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian hasil penelitian, Profil Suroso yang dilihat dari karakteristik internal, karakteristik eksternal dan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa besarnya pendapatan Suroso dalam Usahatani Tanaman Sayuran di Kelurahan Talang Jambe Kecamatan Sukarami Kota Palembang.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine Benefits Processing Unit and Marketing Materials for Processing Rubber (UPPB) in improving the quality of the material for processing rubber on people rubber plantations in the District Banyuasin III, Banyuasin and How high the changes of rubber farmers income before and after joining in Processing Unit and Marketing Materials for processing rubber in District Banyuasin III, Banyuasin.This research was conducted in the District Banyuasin III, Banyuasin. In April to June 2016. The research method used is survey method, for the withdrawal method example used Purposive Sampling and Simple Random Sampling. Data collection methods used in this study is observation and interviews directly to the respondents who have been determined by using the tools of questionnaires that had been prepared before. Data processing was performed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results showed that the change of unreal income between rubber farmers income before joining and after joining the agency assisted UPPB. And farmers membership in the UPPB group have no significant effect on the rubber farmers income.]]>

<![CDATA[Determination Study of Cultivation Schedule of Planting and Harvesting Sugar Cane Schedule in Meeting The Needs of Raw Materials Plant Sugar (Case Study On Sugar cane plantation PTPN VII Cinta Manis). This study aims to determine the method of determining the schedule of planting and harvesting sugar cane schedule in meeting the needs of raw materials plant in PTPN VII Cinta Manis District. And to determine the relationship between the level of availability of raw materials and availability of raw materials factory plant in PTPN VII Cinta Manis District. This research has been conducted in PTPN VII Cinta Manis District. Time data collection was conducted in April - June, 2016. The method used is the case study method, sampling method used is purposive sampling, data collection method used is observation, interview and documentation. Methods of processing and analyzing data is descriptive and to determine the level of availability of raw materials and availability of raw materials using simple linear correlation. The results showed that the determination of the schedule planting and harvest sugar cane in the District PTPN VII Cinta Manis sugar cane maturity based analysis (Cook Early, Middle Cook and Slow Cook). As for the availability of the raw materials and the avaibility of raw materials contained a negative not correlated between the availability of the raw materials and the availability of the raw materials the mill. It happened because availability of the raw materials factory increased sometimes in the follow a decrease in the availability of the raw materials the mill. The direction of the relationship between the availability of the raw materials and the availability of the raw materials factory irregular. Sometime one direction sometime the opposite.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidakaktifan Koperasi Darma Jaya di Desa Sukadarma Kecamatan Jejawi Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sukadarma Kecamatan Jejawi Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir pada Maret sampai dengan bulan April 2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan adalah pengambilan acak berlapis tak berimbang (Disproportionate Stratifed Random Sampling). Dalam penelitian ini digunakan tiga puluh sampel dari tiga strata yang terdiri pengurus (8 orang) dan anggota Koperasi (15 orang) Darma Jaya yang aktif pada tahun 2009 serta tokoh masyarakat Desa Sukadarma (7 orang) dari populasi sebesar 172 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data primer diperoleh melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara langsung pada responden yang pernah terlibat dan mengetafui keberadaan koperasi ini dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan (quisioner) yang telah dipersiapkan. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari instansi yang terkait serta literatur yang ada hubungannya dengan penelitian ini. Data yang di peroleh dari lapangan di olah secara tabulasi. Masalah dalam penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu bertujuan untuk membangun dan menggali suatu proporsi atau menjelaskan makna di balik realita. Penelitian berpijak pada realita atau peristiwa yang berlangsung di lapangan.dianalisis dan dijelaskan secara deskriftif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa penyebab ketidakaktifan Koperasi Darma Jaya adalah pendidikan pengurus dan anggota yang rendah, teknologi sederhana, partisipasi anggota yang kurang dan keterampilan manajerial rendah sedangkan penyuluhan yang di berikan pemerintah tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketidakaktifan Koperasi Darma Jaya.]]>

<![CDATA[Karakteristik Agus Mianto dalam Berwirausaha Penangkaran Bibit Karet di Desa Langkan Kecamatan Banyuasin III Kabupaten Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam bagaimana karakteristik Agus Mianto dalam menjalankan usaha penangkaran bibit karet. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Langkan Kecamatan Banyuasin III Kabupaten Banyuasin dari bulan Mei sampai dengan Juli 2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dan metode penarikan contoh yaitu purposive sampling (sengaja). Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk mengetahui tinggi rendahnya karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh Agus Mianto menggunakan skala likert guna untuk memperoleh skor dari masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Karakteristik wirausaha yang dimiliki oleh Agus Mianto dalam berwirausaha sebagai seorang penangkar bibit karet tergolong dalam kategori tinggi dengan skor nyata dan persentase yang diperoleh sebesar 83 (87,36%). Dengan masing-masing variabel karakteristik yang termasuk dalamkategori tinggi sebagai berikut : Percaya diri dengan total skor 82,50%, kepemimpinan 90,00%, Pengambilanrisiko 92,00%.]]>

<![CDATA[Motivation Labor Women In Increasing Family Income Through pineapple farming (Ananas comusus L. Merr) in the Lubuk Karet Village Betung District Banyuasin Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of women workers, to determine the outpouring of women workers, to determine the contribution of pineapple farm income. This research was condusted in the Lubuk Karet Village Betung District Banyuasin Regency of July until the month of Agustus 2015. The method used was a survey, While the sampling method used is the method by farmers census respondents as many as 19 people. Data collection method used observation and interviews directly to farmers. To answer the first problem formulation using qualitative descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The survey results revealed that the motivation of women farmers to come to work on a pineapple farm belonging to the category with a score of real low and the percentage obtained for 2021 (70.91%). With each variable spare time with thepercentage of 84.10%, followed by the variable no other job opportunities in accordance skill of 67.68% and a variable meet the economic needs of 60.94 %. The outpouring of female workers on a pineapple farm on average 36.00 HKSP. Pineapple farm income contributes to the family income average of 71.93 %.]]>

<![CDATA[Awot Characteristics in Entrepreneurship in Sub Kenten Melon District of Talang Kelapa Banyuasin. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of operating Awot melon in Sub Kenten Subdistrict Talang Kelapa Banyuasin. This research was conducted in the Village District of Talang Kelapa Kenten Banyuasin. In March to May 2016. The method used was a case study, for example the withdrawal method is done deliberately (proposive). Data collection methods used in this study is the observation and direct interview to the respondents who have been determined by using tools such as questionnaires that had been prepared in advance. Processing data using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the characteristics of awot include confidence, perseverance, hard work, self-contained and terkatagori moderate level characteristics.]]>
