<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a special room for critical patients who require intensive care with or without the hope of recovery. Anxiety is a psychological state in which a person experiences excessive anxiety that is constant and difficult to control, so that it can have a negative impact on daily life. The relationship between nurses' caring behavior and the level of anxiety of families of patients treated in the ICU of Royal Taruma Hospital was identified. This type of research uses quantitative research with the research design used in this study, namely cross-sectional, this research design is simultaneous once with measurement and observation to find the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Based on the statistical results obtained the results of the fisher test 0.004 or p value <α 0.05. This means that there is a relationship between nurses' caring behavior and the level of anxiety of the families of patients treated in the ICU of the Royal Taruma Hospital in the results of this study. Keywords: Caring Behavior, Nurses, Family Anxiety Level ABSTRAK Perawatan Intensif atau Intensive Care Unit (ICU) merupakan ruangan khusus untuk pasien kritis yang memerlukan perawatan intensif dengan atau tanpa harapan pasien sembuh. Kecemasan merupakan keadaan psikologis dimana seseorang mengalami cemas yang berlebihan secara konstan dan sulit untuk dikendalikan, sehingga dapat memiliki dampak negatif pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Teridentifikasi hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien yang dirawat di ruang ICU Rumah Sakit Royal Taruma. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu cross sectional, rancangan penelitian ini bersifat simultan satu kali dengan pengukuran dan observasi untuk mencari hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil uji statistic diperoleh hasil uji fisher 0.004 atau p value <α 0.05. Ada hubungan perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien yang dirawat di ruang ICU Rumah Sakit Royal Taruma pada hasil penelitian ini.
