Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has driven significant transformation in the business landscape, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In the era of the creative economy, digital entrepreneurship innovation has become a key strategy to enhance competitiveness and sustainability. This study aims to analyze the forms of digital innovation adopted by MSME actors and to identify effective adaptation strategies in facing the challenges and opportunities of digitalization. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method through in-depth interviews and observations of MSME players in the creative industry sector. The findings reveal that the utilization of digital platforms such as social media, online marketplaces, and digital payment systems significantly improves market reach, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. Furthermore, successful adaptation strategies include increasing digital literacy, collaborating with digital communities, and developing market-driven product innovations. These findings emphasize that digital entrepreneurship innovation is a critical foundation for the resilience and growth of MSMEs within an ever-evolving creative economy ecosystem.

Abstract

The Si Petarung application is a technology-based innovation developed by the Sragen Regency Government to increase investment and reduce unemployment. This application aims to simplify the spatial planning permit process and provide electronic access to information related to spatial utilization. By digitizing permit services, bureaucratic obstacles that often hinder investment can be minimized, thereby attracting more investors to Sragen Regency. This study analyzes the effectiveness of Si Petarung in supporting investment and its role in unemployment reduction strategies. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that since the application's implementation, the open unemployment rate in Sragen Regency has decreased significantly, from 4.76% in 2021 to 3.53% in 2024. This indicates that the ease of investment through Si Petarung has had a positive impact on job creation and regional economic growth. This study analyzes the effectiveness of Si Petarung in supporting investment and its role in unemployment reduction strategies. The application's effectiveness can be further enhanced by expanding public outreach and updating the system to make it more accessible to various groups. Overall, the Si Petarung application serves as a model for innovative spatial planning permits that not only supports investment but also provides a strategic solution to address unemployment in Sragen Regency. With continuous evaluation and development, this application has the potential to become a national model for effective and efficient digital transformation of public services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of vocational education in strengthening human capital in the era of Industry 5.0 through a case study of students at SMK Entrepreneur Indonesia Sragen. Vocational education is a crucial component in developing competent, adaptive, and innovative human resources in the face of technological disruption and changing job market needs. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, this study examines how the implementation of a competency-based curriculum, entrepreneurship training, and collaboration with the industrial world can improve the quality of human capital. The results show that vocational education at SMK Entrepreneur Indonesia Sragen successfully improves students' technical abilities, digital skills, and entrepreneurial spirit, thus better preparing them to face the demands of the world of work in the era of Industry 5.0. In addition, policy support, teacher training, and technology-based learning facilities also strengthen learning outcomes. This study confirms that vocational education plays a strategic role in producing productive, creative, and globally competitive graduates. Strengthening human capital through vocational education is a key factor in accelerating Indonesia's economic transformation towards an intelligent and highly competitive society in the digital era.
