This study aims to determine the effect of previous audits, liquidity, and leverage on going concern audit opinions in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2023. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population used in this study was 32 retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with samples taken using the Purposive sampling technique that considers several specific criteria, resulting in a sample of 8 companies. The data sources taken are secondary data in the form of financial reports and audit reports of retail trade sector companies for 2019-2023 which were taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id) and analysis using SPSS software version 20 for multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2)). The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the effect of previous audits, liquidity, and leverage on going concern audit opinions has an effect of 47.7% and the remaining 52.3% has an effect on other variables. Partially, the previous year's audit opinion has a positive and significant effect, liquidity has no effect and is not significant, leverage has a negative and insignificant effect on the going concern audit opinion.
