Abstract

Most of the population of East Java Province works in the agriculture sector. One of the main agriculturalproducts produced in East Java is rice. Nearly 39.29% of the population of East Java who live in regenciesor cities depend on rice as their main livelihood. Rice is a strategic commodity because it is needed as themain source of calories. So that availability is always met, careful planning is needed. One way to controlrice production is by forecasting. In this article, forecasting of production in East Java Province is carriedout using the Exponential Smoothing method implemented on a website. Exponential Smoothing Method isone of the forecasting methods that utilizes time series data that provides exponential weighting of pastdata. Errors in forecasting are calculated using MAD, MSE, and MAPE. The data used are rice productionfrom 29 regencies and 6 cities in East Java in 2007 - 2017. The system created gives good results. Forexample for Jombang Regency, in 2018 it is predicted to produce 442,618 tons of rice with forecast errorsfor MAD, MSE, and MAPE of 44.39 each; 18.29; and 16.68%.Keywords: Exponential Smoothing, Rice, MAD, MSE, MAPE. .

Abstract

Last Semester Evaluation is part of study result evaluation which use Computer Answer Sheet asthe place for student to write the answers. Computer Answer Sheet generally corrected by spesificscanner with the expensive price, so some school choose to correct the answer sheet manuallylike at Ar-Rahman Sumoyono Islamic Senior High School. To solve that problem, this researchis one of some solution which use the benefit of smartphone and digital image processingtechnology specially canny edge detection method. This prototype will combinate canny edgedetection method to find the edge of image and hough circle transformation to detect markedanswers. This prototype use the convertible canny parameter value by user, consider thebrightness value of every captured image is different. Result of detected answer with hough circletransformation will be tracked to determine the choosen answer. The choosen an swer by studentswill be saved in array, and will be matched with the answer keys which saved in SQLite database.The result of comparation between the result of detected answer with the real answer based on30 answer sheet samples is 91,41 %.Keywords: android, answer sheet, canny. .

Abstract

Evaluation of employee performance is very important in achieving the business goals of an organization. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can assist management in evaluating and making decisions regarding employee performance. This study uses the profile matching method with the aim of developing a web-based system that supports decision making regarding employee performance. Through the profile matching process, this system compares employee performance profiles with the criteria set by the company. Important aspects such as intellectual skills, attitudes and work habits are analyzed to measure employee performance. With the existence of this employee performance decision support system, it is hoped that management can be more coordinated in making decisions regarding employee evaluation and development. This system also has the potential to become the basis for future developments in human resource management, so as to increase overall organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Abstract

MI Al-As'ad Brambang is an educational institution equivalent to elementary school that organizes the Tahfidz Juz 30 program to provide motivation and enthusiasm for learning to its students. Therefore, this research focuses on the development of an Outstanding Hafidz Juz 30 Mapping Information System using the K-Means Clustering method. The K-Means Clustering method is used in this study to select and group students based on several predetermined score criteria. The information system developed will assist teachers in maximizing learning outcomes and memorizing Juz 30 by providing learning assistance that suits the needs of each group of students. Thls research is expected to provide benefits both academically and practically. Academically, this information system can group students in several achievement categories, so that teachers can provide assistance according to the needs of each group. Practically, this information system can be applied throughout the MI Al-As'ad Brambang environment. Thls research is also expected to be a reference for further researchers in developing or improving the Juz 30 hafidz mapping system using the web-based K-Means Clustering method. Abstract

Hockey is one of the sports that has been played in Indonesia, but this sport is still not popular enough and hockey sports equipment is also rarely found in sports shops in general, for that it is necessary to introduce hockey so that people are interested in starting to play the sport this. One way to introduce this sport is to utilize augmented reality technology so that people can get to know this sport efficiently and flexibly. One method for displaying augmented reality objects is using markerless with user defined target techniques. In the application, accuracy testing is carried out using distance, light intensity and the target to be used as a marker. As for the results of testing at an angle, applications can display 3D objects on dark targets with contrast using a minimum reading angle of 0° and a maximum of 45° and light targets with contrast with a minimum reading angle of 0° and a maximum of 45°. In testing the distance, the application is able to display 3D objects against dark targets with contrast at a distance of 50 cm to 70 cm and bright targets with contrast at a distance of 50 cm to 70 cm. In testing light intensity, the application can display 3D objects on dark targets with contrast when the light intensity is at a minimum of 70 lux and a maximum of 1000 lux and on bright targets with contrast when the light intensity is at least 70 lux and a maximum of 1000 lux. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was found that this application was very feasible with a value of 88%. Keywords : Hockey, Sports Equipment, Augmented Reality, Markerless.

Abstract

The clustering method is a method that can group to produce modeling processes, as well as analyze data with a partition system. In classifying student personalities, we use the Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC) Algorithm. AHC is a data grouping technique that divides data into groups based on their similarity. This study aims to classify student personalities in lectures based on E-Learning with the AHC method. In this study, the score calculation was carried out in three processes following the hierarchical cluster process which was carried out in three processes. This process is carried out three times with the aim of observing the development of particle distribution during the hierarchical cluster process. It can be seen that the first score produced a value of 0.54, then the second score produced a value of 0.51, while the last one produced a value of 0.54. Then it takes the last value to determine how well it is spread. It can be seen from the last value that the resulting value is above 0 and close to 1 so that it can be said that the distribution of the particles is fairly good.
