Abstract

The FIFA U20 World Cup, formerly known as the FIFA Youth World Cup, is an official football championship held by FIFA every two years. This championship is participated by every country that sends a national soccer team under the age of 20. Many countries are vying to host the U20 World Cup, even though it is very expensive to host due to the advantage that the hosts get. especially in the economic field. Indonesia was appointed as the host of the u20 world cup on October 24 2019 and then canceled on March 29 2023 because of that, with the abundance of public opinion about Indonesia being canceled as host, it can be used as research material to find information. This study aims to find out whether the public is more pro or con against the cancelation of the U20 World Cup in Indonesia using the Naive Bayes algorithm. The data used is 1150 Twitter comment data based on the calculation results of the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. This study found that tweets with contra sentiment amounted to 62.67% and for pro sentiment tweets amounted to 37.33%. With an average accuracy value of 73.7%, a precision value of 73.7%, and a recall value of 82.5%, it can be won by Indonesians using social media Twitter who have a tendency to cancel the fight to host the u20 world cup.Keywords: World Cup, Classification, Naive Bayes

Abstract

Evaluation of teacher performance in a tutoring institution is an important and absolute thing to do to improve the quality of learning. This research was created with the aim of developing a decision support system for evaluating teacher performance using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) as the method. This research involved 15 respondents who were students from AHE tutoring institutions who were still active in the learning process. Using a predetermined rating scale, each participant gives an assessment of the teacher based on several criteria including: getting to know students, material assistance, class mastery, attendance, discipline, teaching behavior and teaching responsibilities. From the calculation of the system that has been carried out, the results of the study show that the teacher with the highest rating is Izza Kumalah Nur, S.Pd.I with a score of 0.7250, followed by Asti Nidya Agustin, S.Pd with a value of 0.7167, and in third place is won by Siti Nur Anisah with the value is 0.6500. The system that has been created is able to provide recommendations for the best teacher performance assessment based on respondents' assessments, which can help the leaders of tutoring institutions to identify teachers who excel in their learning process and can be used as evaluation material for teachers. Abstract

Determination of quality cow is a very important aspect in the livestock industry. To help meet this need, we have developed a web-based system that uses the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method to help determine quality cow in the Ngoro Market. This system is designed to provide the best cow recommendations based on the preferences of three respondents. The SMART method is used to overcome challenges in making multi-criteria decisions by considering the relevant attributes. In our system, we integrate cow attribute information such as legs, back, ears, tail, hump, lips and rump. This data was collected through interviews with the three respondents, who have experience in the trade in selecting quality cow. The test results show that the application can run smoothly and according to what is required. This system is able to provide the best cow recommendations based on respondents' preferences with Pak Darmin's results of 0.45. Thus assisting buyers in selecting quality cow more efficiently. By using this system, buyers can quickly obtain information on the cows that meet their criteria, and can make smarter and more informed decisions. The use of this system in the Ngoro Market is expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the process of determining quality cow. With a system that provides recommendations based on respondents' preferences, buyers can save time and effort that was previously used to find quality cow manually. This system also benefits farmers, as it helps increase the visibility and sales of their quality cow in the market. Keywords: SPK, SMART Method, Quality Cow, WEB
