Abstract

This study aims to assess the feasibility of an interactive e-module developed using Canva, incorporating the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach, for the topic of plane figures in first-grade Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research employed a development method using the ADDIE model, with a focus on the evaluation stage. The feasibility assessment involved three expert validators—namely a subject matter expert, a media expert, and a mathematics teaching practitioner—and was followed by limited-scale user testing involving students in three stages: individual trials (3 students), small group trials (8 students), and field trials (16 students). Data were collected using validation sheets and practicality questionnaires based on a four-point Likert scale, and analyzed descriptively both quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that the e-module achieved a feasibility score of 85.4% from the subject matter expert, 95.4% from the media expert, and 92.7% from the practitioner, all categorized as “very feasible.” Student trials also yielded highly positive results, with individual trials reaching 100%, small group trials 87.5%, and field trials 95% in terms of practicality and acceptance. Based on these findings, the developed e-module is considered highly feasible for use in mathematics learning, particularly for teaching plane figures at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level. The module effectively supports engaging, interactive, and contextual learning experiences aligned with the characteristics of early grade learners

Abstract

Kemandirian merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan anak yang mencakup kemampuan mengurus diri, mengambil keputusan sederhana, serta bertanggung jawab terhadap aktivitas sehari-hari. Namun, dalam praktiknya masih banyak anak usia dini yang menunjukkan ketergantungan tinggi pada orang dewasa, sehingga diperlukan peran orang tua melalui keterlibatan langsung dan pola asuh yang tepat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keterlibatan orang tua dan pola asuh terhadap kemandirian anak usia dini di TK Muslimat Bushtanul Falah Ngadipurwo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 30 orang tua peserta didik kelompok B yang sekaligus dijadikan sampel dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner untuk mengukur keterlibatan orang tua dan  pola asuh  authoritative untuk menilai kemandirian anak. Analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS Ver 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan orang tua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemandirian anak (t = 4.614; sig. <,001), pola asuh authoritative juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemandirian anak (t = 2.357; sig. 0,026), dan secara simultan kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemandirian anak (F = 45.754; sig. <,001b) dengan kontribusi sebesar 77,2%. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya keterlibatan orang tua serta penerapan pola asuh authoritative dalam menunjang perkembangan anak usia dini, khususnya dalam aspek kemandirian.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a numeracy literacy e-module for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students based on the principles of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). The development process employed the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The e-module was designed to address students’ difficulties in understanding mathematical concepts, particularly in contextual problem-solving, and to provide interactive digital learning media aligned with the cognitive characteristics of Phase B learners. Data were collected through expert validation sheets, student and teacher response questionnaires, and pre-test and post-test assessments. The validity results indicated that all aspects of the e-module met the “valid” criteria, with expert judgment scores ranging from 88.57% to 97.14%. Practicality analysis also showed positive responses, categorized as “good” and “very good.” The effectiveness test using N-Gain revealed moderate improvement in the experimental classes (0.40 and 0.39) and low improvement in the control classes (0.18 and 0.12). Independent sample t-tests further confirmed significant differences in numeracy achievement between experimental and control groups (Sig. = 0.000). These findings demonstrate that the RME-based e-module is valid, practical, and effective in improving numeracy literacy among MI students, making it a promising digital resource for mathematics learning.
