Abstract

Finding out if the Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) approach enhances learning results in basketball games where players practice the chest pass at State Junior High School 35 Palembang is the aim of this study. This class action (PTK) inquiry used two action cycles. Learning activities (attitudes), cognitive tests (knowledge), and performance tests (skills) are the research instruments. This method of gathering data uses written tests, documentation, and observation.Test data analysis makes advantage of learning completeness. The study's subjects were thirty-one eighth-grade students. According to the research's findings and discussion, the first cycle's findings showed that the student skill test's percentage of completeness was 70.97% with an average score of 74.19%, and the knowledge assessment's percentage of completeness was 67.74% with an average score of 78.71. The completion percentage of the student learning activity assessment was 70.77%, with an average of 70.77. The results of the student knowledge assessment with a percentage of completeness reached 93.55% with an average score of 85.48 in the second cycle, while the results of the student skill test with completeness reached 83.87% with an average score of 91.40.  With an average score of 84.07, the evaluation of students' learning activity achieved 84.07%. Based on this information, it can be said that State Junior High School 35 Palembang's basketball game chest passes are successfully learned with the implementation of the Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) approach

Abstract

Abstract This study examines how zigzag run training affects the speed and agility of female futsal players at Club Rocket FC. This study uses a single-group pretest-posttest design. This study involved 30 female futsal players. This study found that zigzag run training made the female futsal players at Club Rocket FC more agile. The normality test showed that the pre- and post-test data were normally distributed with a significance value of 0.200. The hypothesis test revealed that the female futsal players of Club Rocket FC improved their agility through zigzag run training (p-value < 0.05). The proposed hypothesis was accepted. The findings of this study can be used as a guide for creating successful training plans for female futsal players. Furthermore, the findings of this study can help female futsal coaches and players improve their performance and agility. This shows that the agility of futsal athletes is significantly influenced by zigzag run training.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a practical, valid and effective measuring tool for the physical training of FKIP Unsri physical education students. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) research method which produces products in the form of applications for measuring physical tests for various sports. The sampling technique used in the research was 3rd semester physical education students, FKIP Unsri. The data collection techniques used are validation tests, practicality tests and effectiveness tests. The instruments in this research are validation sheets, questionnaires and application use among students. Data analysis techniques are validity analysis, practicality and effectiveness analysis. Based on the research results, the physical test measuring instruments for various sports in this study were very valid with a percentage of 83.92% and the average of the two test results was 81.25%, so it was stated that the physical test measuring instruments for various sports that were developed were in the very good category. proper to use. The findings of this research are a software in the form of a practical and valid application that can be used to measure physical tests in various sports. The implication of the results of this research is that the application of measuring instruments for various sports can help coaches, athletes, students and students to be able to measure the process and results of training validly and easily because previously it was only done manually so measurement errors often occurred during training and training result.
