Abstract

Respiratory diseases are one of the health disorders whose prevalence continues to increase and require rapid and accurate diagnosis to support effective medical treatment. This study aims to develop an expert system for diagnosing respiratory diseases using the forward chaining method. This method was chosen for its ability to perform data-driven reasoning, starting from the facts of the symptoms experienced by the patient, which then trigger certain rules to produce a diagnostic conclusion. The system is designed with a knowledge base containing validated data on symptoms and types of respiratory diseases, as well as an inference engine to process diagnostic rules. The system is implemented using a web-based programming language with database integration that stores information on symptoms, diseases, and reasoning rules. Test results show that the system is capable of providing quick and accurate initial diagnoses based on the symptom data entered, and can serve as a tool for medical professionals and the public in detecting respiratory diseases early. This research is expected to contribute to the development of artificial intelligence-based health technology that supports more effective and efficient medical services.

Abstract

Sosialisasi pemilahan, pengelolaan, dan pengenalan sampah merupakan upaya untuk menumbuhkan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan pada Siswa Kelas 1 SDIT Ashabul Kahfi dengan menggunakan media digital. Melalui pendidikan tentang pemilahan dan pengelolaan sampah termasuk kesadaran tentang limbah elektronik diharapkan siswa kelas 1 dapat memahami pentingnya melindungi lingkungan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDIT Ashabul Kahfi dengan menggunakan teknik interaktif dengan melakukan presentasi materi, permainan edukatif, video pembelajaran, dan latihan memilah sampah. Meskipun Green Computing umumnya dikaitkan dengan teknologi canggih dalam kegiatan ini teknologi diterapkan melalui penggunaan media digital yang aman namun efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan pendidikan kepada anak-anak. Menurut kuesioner hampir 80% siswa kelas 1 SDIT Ashabul Kahfi percaya bahwa materi pelajaran jelas dan mudah dipahami. Selain itu 85% siswa menyatakan bahwa pelatihan keterampilan praktis sangat menyenangkan dan membantu mereka memahami betapa pentingnya memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi melalui penggunaan media digital dan teknologi c dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam isu-isu lingkungan. Penggunaan media digital secara interaktif dan dinamis juga berkontribusi pada penerapan prinsip Green Computing di bidang pendidikan. Kegiatan sosialisasi secara jelas berkontribusi pada pengembangan kesadaran lingkungan pada siswa kelas 1 SDIT Ashabul Kahfi melalui penggunaan teknologi yang menghormati dan mendidik.

Abstract

The application of the K-Means Algorithm by dividing the data into one or more groups, with data included in one group representing similarities and other groups representing differences. To assess whether or not student motivation is superior, the data from the student achievement evaluation shows the average value of each topic. Analysis, design, coding, and system testing are all included in the research steps. Evaluation is carried out to be used as a basis for the characteristics used in the calculation to ensure higher values. Information systems can achieve successful clustering classification results by including the k-means clustering method. This technique rotates the centroid distance at each iteration, forming cluster points and reducing clustering time
