Abstract

Burnout yang dialami perawat merupakan suatu kondisi yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan mental dan efektivitas kerja perawat. Burnout dapat memperburuk kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dan keselamatan pasien. Systematic review pada studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi efektifitas intervensi mindfulness terhadap burnout perawat. Artikel yang publish dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir dan open access/free full text. Artikel diperoleh dari database seperti PubMed, EBSCO-Host, ProQuest dan Garuda dengan menggunakan kata kunci Mindfulness OR Mindfulness-Based intervention AND Burnout OR fatigue AND nurse OR nursing. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 210 artikel yang telah diidentifikasi, terdapat 14 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Sembilan artikel menemukan penerapan intervensi mindfulness efektif terhadap penurunan burnout perawat, tiga artikel menemukan dampak positif dari MBI dan MBSR dapat bertahan selama tiga bulan setelah intervensi dilakukan, tiga artikel menunjukkan MBI dapat mengurangi emotional exhaustion, depersonalization dan meningkatkan personal accomplishment perawat. Dua artikel menunjukkan MBI yang dilakukan selama delapan minggu memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan compassion satisfaction perawat dan dua artikel menunjukkan MBI dan MBSR dapat meningkatkan level mindfulness, dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat. Simpulkan studi ini bahwa mindfullness memiliki dampak positif dalam menurunkan burnout perawat perawat. Penerapan intervensi mindfullness dapat menjadi strategi untuk mendukung kesejahteraan dan kepuasan perawat di tempat kerja sehingga kualitas pelayanan dapat meningkat. Kata kunci : Burnout, Mindfulness, Perawat Burnout experienced by nurses is a condition that can affect the mental health and work effectiveness of nurses. Burnout can worsen the quality of nursing services and patient safety. The systematic review of this study aims to identify the effectiveness of mindfulness interventions on nurse burnout. Articles published in the last ten years and open access/free full text. Articles were obtained from databases such as PubMed, EBSCO-Host, ProQuest and Garuda using the keywords Mindfulness OR Mindfulness-Based intervention AND Burnout OR fatigue AND nurse OR nursing. The research results showed that of the 210 articles that had been identified, 14 articles met the inclusion criteria. Nine articles found that the application of mindfulness intervention was effective in reducing nurse burnout, three articles found that the positive impact of MBI and MBSR could last for three months after the intervention was carried out, three articles showed that MBI could reduce emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and increase nurses' personal accomplishment. Two articles show that MBI carried out for eight weeks has a positive impact in increasing nurses' compassion satisfaction and two articles show that MBI and MBSR can increase levels of mindfulness and increase nurses' job satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that mindfulness has a positive impact in reducing nurse burnout. Implementing mindfulness interventions can be a strategy to support nurses' well-being and satisfaction in the workplace so that the quality of service can improve.
