Abstract

The growth and development of children are closely related to the role of a mother, not a few mothers, and having the task of caring for children and working women, which will lead to suboptimal childcare. At this time, many android-based information system facilities that can be used to streamline child care for a mother who is a working woman. This study aimed to provide an overview and ideas of using android-based digital media in childcare to maximize children's growth and development for working mothers with a literature review method. From the study results and review of 10 selected journals, it was concluded that for parents of workers who cannot maximize childcare time or parenting time, many applications could facilitate parents to monitor the child's growth and development safely. The development of a child health nursing management information system can include healthy children, sick children, education, environment, and parenting patterns. The implication of developing a child health nursing management information system during parenting is very useful ad preventive and promotive action in children’s health. Child nurses can effectively, efficiently, quickly, and accurately identify problems that arise in the preventive process so that they are expected to make nursing interventions that are also right on target.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic situation on children's growth and development. The method used is a systematic study examining 11 articles related to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on children's growth and development using ProQuest, CINAHL, Wiley, PubMed and ScienceDirect. The results showed that the COVID-19 pandemic had an impact on children's growth, social development of children's independence, language, fine motor skills, and gross motor skills. In conclusion, the destructive effects experienced by children while at home are stress, no opportunity to play with friends, reduced activity, weight gain, longer sleep time, increased sitting time and increased screen time. The good impact of this pandemic on individual children is that there is a positive adaptation to the process of growth and development through the maturation process and the social bonding of children and parents becomes closer. Abstract

hipertensi adalah penyakit kronis yang umum, memerlukan pengelolaan mandiri yang efektif oleh pasien untuk pengobatannya. Aplikasi Kesehatan atau mHealth menyediakan alat yang efektif dalam mendukung pengelolaan mandiri hipertensi. Namun, dengan berkembangnya berbagai macam aplikasi hipertensi menjadi penting bagi pasien dan professional kesehatan untuk memahami sejauh mana aplikasi mHealth efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melakukan studi yang menggambarkan evaluasi semua aplikasi seluler dalam mendukung pengelolaan mandiri hipertensi diberbagai platform. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan peninjauan sistematis dilakukan pada database Proquest dan PubMed pada tahun 2019 hingga 2024 dengan metode PRISMA. Total 12 artikel yang dilakukan peninjauan setelah seleksi studi dengan PRISMA. Keseluruhan hasil menunjukkan efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah. Masa penggunaan aplikasi paling sedikit yaitu 10 minggu dan paling lama yaitu 6 bulan. Aplikasi seluler ini sangat bermanfaat dalam kontrol tekanan darah secara mandiri, merubah gaya hidup, diet, dan mendapatkan penanganan hipertensi yang lebih baik. Kelompok usia > 18 tahun hingga > 60 tahun. Berbagai variasi aplikasi seluler yang digunakan secara keseluruhan menunjukkan efek positif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah dan kontrol hipertensi rutin. Profesional Kesehatan dan pasien dapat meningkatkan penggunaan aplikasi seluler sebagai metode efektif dalam peningkatan Kesehatan. Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat terus dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi seluler yang lebih tinggi.
