Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy and Corporate Social Responsibility on company value. The population of this study is food and beverage companies registered with ISSI for the 2019-2023 period totaling 30 companies. The sample was determined based on the criteria so that a sample of 9 food and beverage companies was obtained. The data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis using the Eviews application. The results of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously the variables of dividend policy and Corporate Social Responsibility have a positive and significant effect on company value.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir, berkomunikasi, dan berkarakter peserta didik. Melalui penelitian studi literatur ini, dikaji berbagai prinsip dan pendekatan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang relevan diterapkan di jenjang sekolah dasar. Prinsip-prinsip yang dikaji meliputi prinsip komunikatif, keterpaduan keterampilan berbahasa, kebermaknaan dan kontekstualitas, serta keaktifan siswa. Sementara itu, pendekatan yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan komunikatif, pendekatan kontekstual (Contextual Teaching and Learning/CTL), dan pendekatan tematik-integratif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip dan pendekatan tersebut secara terpadu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa siswa, menumbuhkan motivasi belajar, serta menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang aktif, interaktif, dan bermakna. Guru berperan penting sebagai fasilitator dalam menghubungkan teori bahasa dengan praktik kehidupan sehari-hari.
