<![CDATA[Penelitian eksperimen ini mengambil judul Kualitas Hamburger Dengan Patty Berbahan Wortel. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni guna memajukan produk hamburger yaitu dengan memanfaatkan wortel sebagai bahan dasar patty. Temuan akhir yang diinginkan yakni patty dengan bahan dasar wortel berkualitas dilihat dari aspek warna, rasa, aroma, tekstur, serta masa daya tahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan sendiri oleh penulis dengan mencatatkan nilai dari temuan pengamatan yang telah dilakukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini difoto agar dapat memperoleh hasil yang lebih jelas. Hasil ekserimen berupa patty berbahan sayuran akan di uji dengan dua model pengujian yaitu sebagai berikut: Hasil yang diperoleh dari pembuatan patty wortel dengan menggunakan analisis organolaptik akan diberikan kepada 30 orang panelis dengan tes organolaptik guna mencari tahu mutu patty dengan bahan dasar wortel di tinjau dari aspek rasa, teksur, warna, serta aroma. Untuk pengujian daya tahan dari patty dilaksanakan melalui observasi mengetahui mutu patty wortel. Biaya yang diperlukan untuk memproduksi 1 bungkus hamburger dengan patty berbahan dasar wortel per 100 gram adalah Rp 16.625. This experimental research took the title Hamburger Quality with Carrot-based Patty. This research’s aim is to develop hamburger products by utilizing carrots as the basic ingredient of patty. The expected end result is a quality carrot-based patty in terms of taste, color, aroma, texture and durability. This research was conducted by the author himself by recording the score or value of the experimental results that have been carried out. The results of this study were photographed in order to obtain clearer results. The results of the experiment in the form of vegetable-based patties will be tested with two testing models, namely as follows: The results obtained from making carrot patty using organolaptic analysis will be given to 30 panelists with organolaptic tests to determine the quality of carrot-based patty in terms of texture, taste, color, also aroma. The durability test of the patty is carried out by observing the quality of the carrot patty. The cost required to produce 1 pack of hamburger with carrot-based patty per 100 grams is IDR 16,625.]]>
