Abstract

The protection of law and human rights (HAM) for children and persons with disabilities is a fundamental issue in inclusive social development. Although Indonesia already has a strong legal basis through Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and Law No. 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities, its implementation still faces various challenges, including limited access to education, health services, and discrimination in public services. This study aims to analyze the implementation of legal protection and human rights for children and persons with disabilities in Indonesia, identify the structural barriers faced, and formulate strategies to strengthen legal protection that are more effective and inclusive. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature studies, normative analysis of applicable regulations, and secondary data processing from official institutions such as BPS, the Ministry of Social Affairs, UNICEF, and Komnas HAM. The analysis was carried out through data triangulation to identify gaps between legal regulations and factual implementation in the field. The findings of the study show that there is a significant gap in legal protection, where children without disabilities are more protected (85%) than children with disabilities (52%) and adults with disabilities (48%). The main obstacles lie in the lack of derivative regulations, budget limitations, weak coordination between agencies, and discriminatory practices in public services. This study recommends strategies to strengthen legal protection through regulatory reform, budget increases, and multi-stakeholder synergy between governments, communities, NGOs, and organizations of persons with disabilities.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged the emergence of hybrid work models as a new strategy in managing human resources, especially in the technology sector. This model combines the flexibility of remote work with the need for face-to-face interaction in the office. This study aims to analyze the impact of hybrid work on employee productivity and well-being in technology companies in Indonesia. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey of 120 respondents who work in digital-based technology companies. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of hybrid work variables on employee productivity and well-being. The results of the study show that the implementation of hybrid work has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity through increasing time flexibility, work efficiency, and workload management. In addition, employee welfare also increases, characterized by a decrease in work stress levels, an increase in work-life balance, and the creation of better job satisfaction. This research provides the implication that hybrid work can be used as an effective human resource management strategy to face the challenges of the digital era, while supporting the achievement of company goals.

Research This aiming For analyze to what extent do sustainable hospitality policies influence interest visitor in choose accommodation that implements practice sustainability . Research use approach quantitative with method survey of 200 respondents who have experience stay at a friendly hotel environment in Indonesia. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire closed with Likert scale , which is then analyzed use simple linear regression For see influence variable policy sustainability to interest guest . Research results show that sustainable hospitality policy has influence significant to interest visitor in choose a friendly hotel environment , with Respondent more tend choose a hotel that implements practice sustainability . Abstract

Media sosial tidak lagi hanya sekedar media komunikasi dan interaksi, namun juga bisa menghadirkan sesuatu yang baru sebagai wadah personal branding. Salah satu media sosial yang sering digunakan untuk membangun merek personal adalah Instagram. Bunda ayu tjiptaningsih wakil bupati cirebon dengan akun instagram @bundaayutjiptaningsih menggunakan fitur instagram untuk membangun merek personalnya sebagai wakil masyarakat kabupaten cirebon. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana ia mengkonstruksi citra dirinya melalui media sosial Instagram. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan Bunda Ayu Tjiptaningsih di akun media sosial Instagram membagi kontennya menjadi tiga bagian. Vlog hariannya tentang pekerjaan biasanya menyertakan konten yang dibuat selama bekerja dan beraktivitas. Vlog harian non-kerja biasanya termasuk yang dibuat selama bekerja tetapi tidak direncanakan dan yang terakhir spesial. Konten atau konten khusus yang dirancang dan dibuat untuk membantu UMKM di sekitarnya. Bentuk kontennya bisa berupa podcast atau kunjungan langsung ke pabrik UMKM-nya. Penggunaan Instagram pada akun @bundaayutjiptaningsih dapat dievaluasi dengan menggunakan 7 Konsep personal branding sebagai bentuk inklusi sebagai indikator positif. Penggunaan media sosial yang dilakukan telah mendekatkan individu dan masyarakat.
