Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance and Company Size on Financial Performance. The sample of this research is 34 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a total of 170 data for the 2015-2019 period. Sampling method using analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, f test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that of the six independent variables analyzed, the Board of Directors (DD), Managerial Ownership (KM), and Company Size have no significant effect on Financial Performance. While the variables of the Board of Commissioners (DK) and the Audit Committee (KA) have a significant influence on financial performance. The coefficient of determination shown from the adjusted R2 value is 0.582. This means that 58.2% of the dependent variable, namely Financial Performance, can be explained by five independent variables, namely the Board of Directors (DD), Board of Commissioners (DK), Audit Committee (KA), Managerial Ownership (KM), and Company Size (UP). , while the remaining 41.8% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Net Profit, Operating Cash Flow, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Returns, in manufacturing companies in the Crude Palm Oil palm oil sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2017 - 2022 period. The sample uses purposive sampling with predetermined criteria. Based on these criteria, a sample of 5 companies was obtained during 6 years of observation. The data used is secondary data. To find out whether the processed data is appropriate or not, researchers use the classic assumption test. The analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression test technique and hypothesis testing using the t test, F test with a significance level of 5% and coefficient of determination. The results of the partial test calculation for the Net Profit variable obtained a significant level of 0.390> 0.05 so it can be interpreted as having no effect. The results of the partial test calculation for the Operating Cash Flow variable obtained a significant level of 0.032 < 0.05 so it is interpreted as having an effect. The results of the partial test calculation for the Debt to Equity Ratio variable have a significant level of 0.815 > 0.05 so it can be interpreted as having no effect. The research results show that f count > f table (2.171 < 2.98) with a significance of 0.116 > 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is no simultaneous significant influence between the variables Net Profit (LB), Operating Cash Flow (AKO) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Return on Shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 - 2022.

Abstract

This research aims to determine partially and simultaneously the influence of net profit, cash flow and current ratio on stock prices. This research uses secondary data sourced from the annual financial reports of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX during the 2018-2022 period. Sample selection used purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis by first carrying out classical assumption tests, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, correlation, coefficient of determination, t test and F test which are processed using SPSS 23 software. Based on data analysis. Partially, the independent variables that have a significant positive influence on share prices are net profit with a t-count value of 2.131 > t-table 1.705 and a sig value of 0.043 < 0.05 and net cash flow with a t-count value of 2.134 > t-table 1.705 and the sig value is 0.042 <0.05. Meanwhile, the independent variable that has a significant negative influence on share prices is the current ratio with a t-count value of –3.807 < t-table 1.705 and a sig value of 0.001 < 0.005. In terms of net profit, cash flow and current ratio, they simultaneously influence stock prices with an F-count value of 8.242 > F-table 2.96 and a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05.
