Abstract

Background: Nursing performance is the ability and skill associated with the description of a nurse's duties based on standards of nursing care that consist of five components: assessment, diagnosis of nursing, planning, implementation and evaluation. The factors affecting a nurse's performance are age, motivation and work stress. Purpose: To analyze the relationship of age, motivation, work stress with the performance of nurses inpatient unit. Methods: The study used cross-sectional with 115 nursing chosen by simple random sampling technique. Instrument used were questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Chi Square test and multiple logistic regression analysis. Results: The analysis results used Chi Square tests p values of age (p=0,005), motivation (p=0,009), and work stress (p=0,000).  The analysis results used multiple logistic regression of p value and Exp B of age variable (p=0,029; Exp B=5,843), motivation (p=0,038; Exp B=4,745) and work stress (p=0,000; Exp B= 23,914). Conclusion: In this study there was a correlation between age, motivation, work stress with the performance of nurse inpatient unit At RSD Idaman Banjarbaru City. The dominant variable was work stress.   Keywords: Age; Motivation; Nursing; Performance; Work Stress.   Pendahuluan: Kinerja perawat adalah kemampuan dan keterampilan yang berkaitan dengan uraian tugas seorang perawat berdasarkan standar asuhan keperawatan yang terdiri dari lima komponen yaitu pengkajian, diagnosis keperawatan, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja seorang perawat antara lain umur, motivasi dan stress kerja. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan umur, motivasi, stress kerja dengan kinerja perawat ruang rawat inap. Metode: Desain penelitian mengggunakan crosss sectional melibatkan 115 perawat dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis statistik dengan uji Chi Square dan analisis regresi logistik berganda. Hasil: Hasil analisis dengan Chi Square menunjukkan nilai p variabel umur (p=0,005), motivasi (p=0,009), dan stress kerja (p=0,000).  Hasil analisis dengan regresi logistik berganda menujukkan nilai p dan Exp B variabel umur (p=0,029; Exp B=5,843), motivasi (p=0,038; Exp B=4,745) dan stress kerja (p=0,000; Exp B= 23,914). Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara umur dengan kinerja perawa, terdapat hubungan motivasi dengan kinerja perawat, terdapat hubungan stress kerja dengan kinerja perawat ruang rawat inap di RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Variabel yang dominan yaitu variabel stress kerja.   Kata Kunci: Kinerja; Motivasi; Perawat; Stress Kerja; Umur.
