Abstract

Through one of the fiqur figures of Indonesian scholars KH. Hashim Asha'ari. The contribution of his thoughts to the sustainability of Islamic Education in the country should be used as a reference for the future. Islamic religious education that he hopes is able to master and can be carried out in continuous practice from both a teacher and a student, so that the purpose of education he hopes can be a provision in the happiness of the world and the hereafter. KH. Hashim Asha'ari tirelessly in studying religion both domestically and abroad to the city of Mecca can be used as a motivation to fight for the values of Islamic Education today. The results of this study reveal the concept of independent learning policy offered by KH. Hashim Asha'ari, including: first, learning according to the field of science and competence. Second, self-learning activities aim to create a generation that is loyal, pious, noble character, more creative, the ability to work together, global characteristics of diversity, critical thinking, and independence. Third, KH. Hashim Asha'ari also develops literacy potential by reviewing various reference materials. Fourth, improve the ability of educators. Furthermore, this research is expected to strengthen the independence of studying the curriculum from the perspective of Islamic education leaders.

Abstract

Abstract          This research is motivated by the findings of researchers in the field that micro traders are more interested in transacting with non-bank financial institutions compared to Islamic bank financial institutions. The discussion in this study, among others, is related to the title of researchers, namely financing, bank financial institutions, non-bank financial institutions, Islamic banking legal basis, Islamic banking business activities, marketing understanding, marketing objectives, marketing mix 4P (product, price, place, promotion ). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, which is to understand what phenomena experienced by research subjects. While the data collection techniques in this study were by observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects in this study were micro traders around the Sangkumpal Bonang market in Padangsidimpuan and PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk KCU Padangsidmpuan. The results of this study indicate that micro traders are more interested in transacting with non-bank financial institutions compared to Islamic financial institutions because non-bank financial institutions offer financing products with simple conditions, lack of public knowledge of interest and profit sharing, services provided by non-bank financial institutions make it easier customers in repaying loans and the administrative process offered by non-bank financial institutions is very simple, promotions carried out by the bank are less than optimal in this case PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk, KCU Padangsidimpuan.Keywords: Financing, Bank Financial Institutions, Non-Bank Financial InstitutionsAbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi temuan peneliti di lapangan bahwa pedagang mikro lebih tertarik bertransaksi dengan lembaga keuangan non bank dibandingkan pada lembaga keuangan bank syariah, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa masyarakat pedagang mikro lebih tertarik bertransaksi dengan lembaga keuangan non bank dibandingkan pada lembaga keuangan bank syariah. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini antara lain yang berkaitan dengan judul peneliti yaitu pembiayaan, lembaga keuangan bank, lembaga keuangan non bank, dasar hukum perbankan syariah, kegiatan usaha bank syariah, pengertian pemasaran, tujuan pemasaran, marketing mix 4P ( product, price, place, promotion ). Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif,  yaitu memahami fenomena apa yang dialami subjek penelitian. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun subjek  pada penelitian ini adalah pedagang mikro di sekitar pasar sangkumpal bonang kota padangsidimpuan dan karyawan PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk KCU Padangsidmpuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pedagang mikro lebih tertarik bertransaksi dengan lembaga keuangan non bank dibandingkan dengan lembaga keuangan syariah kerena lembaga keuangan non bank menawarkan produk pembiayaan dengan syarat sederhana, kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap bunga dan bagi hasil, pelayanan yang dilakukan lembaga keuangan non bank lebih mempermudah nasabahnya dalam pengembalian uang pinjaman dan proses administrasi yang ditawarkan oleh lembaga keuangan non bank sangat sederhana, promosi yang dilakukan oleh pihak bank kurang maksimal dalam hal ini PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk, KCU Padangsidimpuan.Kata Kunci: Pembiayaan, Lembaga Keuangan Bank, Lembaga Keuangan Non Bank
