<![CDATA[Abstract This paper discusses the influence of the application of restorative justice by the Police to realize a cheap and fast case settlement and the factors that influence it by studying in the jurisdiction of the West Kalimantan Police. With the implementation of restorative justice in the settlement of cases or cases that allow it to be resolved with this concept, the settlement of cases is faster and requires a relatively small budget, or in other words more effective and efficient. The implementation of restorative justice by Police investigators is influenced by internal factors and external factors that make the Police make various efforts to encourage the application of restorative justice in the investigation of the cases it handles so that justice can be felt earlier which in turn will further foster trust from the community.membahas pengaruh penerapan restorative justice oleh Kepolisian dalam rangka terwujudnya penyelesaian perkara yang murah dan cepat dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya dengan studi di wilayah hukum Polda Kalbar. Dengan diterapkannya restorative justice dalam penyelesaian perkara atau kasus yang memungkinkan untuk diselesaikan dengan konsep tersebut membuat lebih cepat penyelesaian perkara serta memakan anggaran biaya yang relatif kecil, atau dengan kata lain lebih efektif dan efisien. Adapun penerapan restorative justice oleh penyidik Kepolisian dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang membuat Kepolisian melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mendorong penerapan restorative justice dalam penyidikan perkara-perkara yang ditanganinya agar keadilan bisa dirasakan lebih awal yang pada akhirnya akan makin menumbuhkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat]]>
