<![CDATA[Jenis penelitian yaitu Deskriptif Analitik, waktu penelitian pada bulanNovember 2021 dan tempat penelitian diKlinik Utama Kao . Uji statistik yangdigunakan adalah Uji Chi- Square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% bila .Hasil penelitian bahwa hasil uji menggunakan uji chi square nilai p value sebesar 0,003 dengan demikian terdapat hubungan yang bermakna Penggunaandiaspers dengan Kesiapan toilet training pada Anak Usia 1-3 tahun di Desa Atep Satu Kecamatan Langowan Selatan Kabupaten Minahasa. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Manajemen kepala ruangan di Ruangan Rawat Inap Klinik Utama Kao lebih banyak manajemen kepala ruangan yang baik dibandingkan dengan manajemen kepala ruangan yang kurang. Kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di Ruangan Rawat Inap Klinik Utama Kao lebih banak kinerja perawatyang baik dibandingkan dengan kinerja perawat yang kurang baik. Saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian ini untuk menjadi rujukan bagi peneliti lanjutan dalam meneliti lebih mendalam tentang fungsi kepala ruaangan dengan motivasi dan kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Kata Kunci : Manajemen; Kinerja Perawat; Asuhan Keperawatan ABSTRACT Research Objectives It is known that there is a relationship between the management of the head of the room and the performance of nurses in the implementation of nursing care in the inpatient room of the Kao Main Clinic. The type of research is Analytical Descriptive, the research time is in November 2021 and the research location is at the Kao Main Clinic. The statistical test used is the Chi-Square Test with a 95% confidence levelif . The results showed that the results of the test using the chi square test had a p value of 0.003 thus there was a significant relationship between the use of diaspers and the readiness of toilet training in children aged 1-3 years in Atep Satu Village, South Langowan District, Minahasa Regency. The conclusion in this study is that the management of the head of the room in the Inpatient Room of the Kao Main Clinic has more good management ofthe head of the room compared to the management of the head of the room that is lacking. The performance of nurses in the implementation of nursing care in the Inpatient Room of the Kao Main Clinic was more of a good nurse's performance compared to a poor nurse's performance. The suggestion in this study is that this research is to be a reference for further researchers in examining more deeply about the function of the head of the room with the motivation and performance of health workers.
