<![CDATA[Tim keperawatan merupakan anggota tim kesehatan di garis terdepan yang menghadapi masalah kesehatan klien selama 24 jam secara terus menerus. Tim pelayanan keperawatan memberikan pelayanan kepada klien sesuai dengan keyakinan profesi dan standar yang ditetapkan. Tujuan Penelitian yaitu Diketahui hubungan Supervisi Kepala Ruangan Dengan Kinerja Perawat Dalam Pelaksanaan Asuhan Keperawatan di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Kaloran Amurang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian crossectional study, waktu pada Juli 2023 dan tempat penelitian di Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Kalooran Amurang.Tekni pengambilan sampel total populasi berjumlah 48 Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji tatistic “Wilcoxon” dengan derajat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai P value = 0,003 sedangkan nilai α = 0,05 sehingga nilai P value = 0,001< α = 0,05. Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, maka ada hubungan supervise kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di RSU GMIM Kalooran Amurang. Kesimpulan Dari hasil penelitian, Supervisi kepala ruangan di RSU GMIM Kalooran Amurang lebih banyak yang sering dibandingkan dengan kadang-kadang. Kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di RSU GMIM Kalooran Amurang lebih banyak yang baik dibandingkan dengan yang kurang. The research objective is to know the relationship between the Supervision of the Head of the Room and the Performance of Nurses in the Implementation of Nursing Care in the Inpatient Room of GMIM Kaloran Amurang General Hospital. This research is an analytic descriptive study using a cross-sectional study research design, time in July 2023 and the place of research at GMIM Kalooran Amurang General Hospital. The total population sampling technique is 48. The statistical test used is the “Wilcoxon” statistical test with a 95%. The results of the study obtained a P value = 0.003 while the value α = 0.05 so that the P value = 0.001 < α = 0.05. Thus Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, so there is a relationship between the supervision of the head of the room and the performance of nurses in the implementation of nursing care at RSU GMIM Kalooran Amurang. Conclusion From the results of the study, the supervision of the head of the room at RSU GMIM Kalooran Amurang is more frequent than sometimes. The performance of nurses in the implementation of nursing care at RSU GMIM Kalooran Amurang is much better than that which is lacking.
