<![CDATA[Hypertension can be stabilized by adopting a healthy lifestyle and using anti-hypertensive drugs. Lack of adherence to drug consumption is the most frequent cause of failure of antihypertensive therapy. Behavior in adherence to taking anti-hypertensive drugs is influenced by the knowledge and attitudes of hypertensive sufferers. Compliance is a major factor so that hypertension does not develop into a more severe complication. To determine the effect of behavior on the level of patient compliance in taking anti-hypertensive medication outpatients at the city hospital of Tangerang, 2020. The type of research used is a correlation study with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Analysis of the data in this study using a spearman test. The results showed that the patient's knowledge in taking anti-hypertensive drugs was that the majority of knowledge was sufficient for 87%, the majority of patients' attitudes in taking anti-hypertensive drugs were 85.20% positive and patient compliance in taking anti-hypertensive drugs was the majority quite obedient at 72,20%. Based on the simple multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained from the value of the Sign. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <α = 0.05, because the value of Sign. (2-tailed) is smaller than α then accept Ha reject H0. There is a behavioral relationship on the level of patient compliance in taking anti-hypertensive drugs outpatients at Aminah hospital of Tangerang Abstrak Hipertensi dapat distabilkan dengan melakukan pola hidup yang sehat dan menggunakan obat anti hipertensi.. Kurang patuhnya konsumsi obat merupakan penyebab paling sering untuk kegagalan terapi anti hipertensi. Perilaku dalam kepatuhan mengkonsumsi obat anti hipertensi di pengaruhi pengetahuan dan sikap penderita hipertensi. Kepatuhan menjadi faktor utama agar penyakit hipertensi ini tidak berkembang menjadi komplikasi yang lebih parah. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku terhadap tingkat kepatuhan pasien dalam minum obat anti hipertensi pasien rawat jalan di rumah sakit kota tangerang, tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel berupa purposive sampling. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan pasien dalam minum obat anti hipertensi adalah mayoritas pengetahuan cukup sebesar 87%, sikap pasien dalam minum obat anti hipertensi adalah mayoritas bersikap positif sebesar 85,20% serta kepatuhan pasien dalam minum obat anti hipertensi adalah mayoritas cukup patuh sebesar 72,20%. Berdasarkan analisa uji regresi linear berganda sederhana diperoleh hasil nilai dari Sign. (2-tailed) = 0,000 < α = 0,05, karena nilai Sign. (2tailed) lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan α maka terima Ha tolak H0. Ada hubungan perilaku terhadap tingkat kepatuhan pasien dalam minum obat anti hipertensi pasien rawat jalan di rumah sakit Aminah kota tangerang.]]>
