<![CDATA[The level of satisfaction of pregnant women is a factor in the mother's decision to have an ANC check-up visit. There are a minimum of 4 ANC visits (K4) during pregnancy. K4 coverage at the Jember Kidul health center ranks 3rd lowest in Jember district. The coverage of K4 pregnant women's visits in the Jember Kidul health center working area in 2023 is still far from the total target (90%), namely only reaching 61.4%. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between the level of satisfaction of pregnant women and ANC visits at the Jember Kidul health center. Cross sectional research design. Population of 42 TM III pregnant women using simple random sampling technique. The instrument uses a questionnaire, the data is analyzed using Fisher's exact test. the majority of pregnant women were very satisfied, 50%, 44.7% satisfied, 5.3% dissatisfied. Meanwhile, 73.7% of ANC visits were appropriate, 26.3% were inappropriate. The results of Fisher's exact test obtained p-value = 0.01 < ? 0.05. H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. There is a relationship between the level of satisfaction of pregnant women and ANC visits at the Jember Kidul health center. It is necessary to provide regular education about the importance of routine and periodic ANC checks. Cakupan K4 pada puskesmas Jember Kidul menempati urutan ke 3 terendah se kabupaten Jember. Cakupan kunjungan Ibu hamil K4 di wilayah kerja puskesmas Jember kidul pada tahun 2023 masih jauh dari total target (90%) yaitu hanya mencapai 61,4%. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan tingkat kepuasan ibu hamil dengan kunjungan ANC di puskesmas Jember kidul. Rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi 42 ibu hamil TM III dengan teknik Simple random sampling. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner, data di analisis menggunakan Uji fisher eksak. sebagian besar Ibu hamil merasa sangat puas 50%, puas 44,7%, tidak puas 5,3%. Sedangkan kunjungan ANC yang sesuai 73,7%, tidak sesuai 26,3%. Hasil uji Fisher eksak diperoleh p-value=0.01 < ? 0,05 H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima Terdapat hubungan tingkat kepuasan ibu hamil dengan kunjungan ANC di puskesmas Jember kidul, perlu memberikan edukasi secara rutin tentang pentingnya pemeriksaan ANC dengan rutin dan berkala.]]>
