Abstract

Abstraksi : Revolusi digital telah membawa transformasi signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk di Universitas Teknologi Digital (UTD) melalui implementasi  E-learning pada Learning Management System (LMS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi E-learning berbasis LMS  di Universitas Teknologi Digital (UTD) dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar. LMS  hadir sebagai solusi inovatif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di era digital dengan menyediakan berbagai fitur yang mendukung aktivitas akademik, seperti akses materi pembelajaran, pengumpulan tugas, interaksi dosen dan mahasiswa, serta manajemen jadwal yang lebih sistematis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dengan admin LMS , dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa yang aktif menggunakan platform tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LMS  telah memberikan kemudahan akses dan fleksibilitas pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa. Namun, kendala teknis seperti kesalahan input data oleh admin, tampilan data yang tidak sesuai, serta rendahnya pemanfaatan beberapa fitur LMS  masih menjadi hambatan dalam implementasinya. Selain itu, meskipun tutorial penggunaan LMS  telah tersedia, pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap fitur-fitur yang lebih kompleks masih memerlukan peningkatan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan adanya pengembangan lebih lanjut, peningkatan fitur, serta pelatihan yang berkelanjutan bagi mahasiswa dan dosen untuk memaksimalkan manfaat dari LMS  dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran di Universitas Teknologi Digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the information system for scientific worktitle submission selection in the D3 Management Informatics Study Program at Digitech University. Based on observations, the title submission process is still carried out conventionally using Google Form and Microsoft Excel, which causes several problems such as title duplication, verification delays, and data tracking difficulties. This study uses observation, interview, and library research methods. SWOT analysis is conducted to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the current system. The results show that the conventional system is less efficient and needs to be immediately replaced by an integrated digital system that can improve the effectiveness of academic processes. The system recommendations provided are expected to support the institution's vision as a digital technology-based campus.
