<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of the Bumi Jaya Cooperative Manager achieved RSPO. The response of the members of the Bumi Jaya Cooperative to achieve RSPO in Bumi Harapan Village. The method used in this research is a survey method. The survey method is a research method that is often used by novice researchers. The method used in this study uses two methods, the first is sampling is used for cooperative managers, namely the saturated sampling method (census), the saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique where all members of the population are used as samples. So with a sample of the population in the cooperative manager as many as 20 cooperative managers. Then the second method of sampling used for members of the Cooperative is the Simple Random Sampling method. Where the population of members of the Cooperative is 111 farmers and a sample of 30% is included in the members of the Cooperative, simple random sampling method is used for random sampling of the members of the Cooperative. The performance of the cooperative manager of the Bumi Jaya Village Unit achieved RSPO in Bumi Harapan Village, Teluk Gelam Sub-district, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, getting quite good criteria from the responses of 20 Cooperative Managers with a score of 105.65. by 89% who are at the level of very accepting.ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Bagaimana Kinerja Pengelola Koperasi Bumi Jaya mencapai RSPO Respon anggota Koperasi Bumi Jaya mencapai RSPO di Desa Bumi Harapan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Metode survey merupakan salah satu metode penelitian yang sering digunakan oleh para peneliti pemula. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode, yang pertama penarikan contoh digunakan untuk pengelola Koperasi yaitu metode sampling jenuh (sensus), teknik sampling jenuh adalah teknik adalah teknik penentuan sampel dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan menjadi sampel. Maka dengan sampel populasi yang ada dalam pengelola Koperasi sebanyak 20 orang Pengelola Koperasi. Kemudian yang kedua metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan untuk anggota Koperasi adalah metode Simple Random Sampling (Acak sederhana).Dimana populasi anggota Koperasi 111 petani dan pengambilan sampel sebesar 30% yang termasuk dalam anggota Koperasi, metode simple random sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel pada anggota Koperasi secara acak. Kinerja pengelola Koperasi Unit Desa Bumi Jaya mencapai RSPO di Desa Bumi Harapan Kecamatan Teluk Gelam Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir mendapatkan kriteria cukup baik dari tanggapan 20 Pengelola Koperasi dengan skor 105,65Respon anggota koperasi Bumi Jaya dalam mencapai RSPO di kecamatan Teluk Gelam Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir sebesar 89% yang berada pada tingkat sangat menerima. ]]>
