Abstract

Abstract. In the era of Industry 4.0, the implementation of automation technology and the Internet of Things (IoT) has become essential, especially in goods lift systems. This research aims to develop a three-story goods lift control system based on IoT that integrates PLC and ESP32. The system is designed to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness, as well as to enable remote monitoring through the Blynk application. The testing results across three floors were conducted 10 times for each floor combination. The results show that all trials were successful, with response times ranging from 2.3 to 2.7 seconds. Some trials recorded IoT network delays, particularly in the tests from Floor 2. Although the system functions well, attention to network delay factors is needed to enhance performance in the future.
