Abstract

This study aims to determine banking security in the digital era along with its challenges and solutions. This study combines quantitative and qualitative approaches to dig deeper into the challenges and solutions faced by the digital banking sector in maintaining transaction security. The results of the study indicate that most customers have a good awareness of the importance of security in digital transactions, although there are several obstacles and challenges that need to be overcome. The main challenges faced by banks in implementing an effective cybersecurity system: The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the banking industry, enabling increased operational efficiency and convenience for customers. Solutions to the level of cyber threats faced by the banking sector in the digital era: Cyber ​​threats to the banking sector in the digital era are a very serious issue because they involve sensitive customer data, public trust, and the stability of the financial system. Solutions to the main challenges faced by banks in implementing an effective cybersecurity system: There are 17 solutions to overcome the main challenges faced by banks in implementing an effective cybersecurity system.
