Abstract

This study leverages association rule mining to analyze transaction data from PT. Labda Anugerah Tekstil, a prominent player in the textile industry, to uncover significant purchasing patterns and associations between different fabric types. Utilizing data from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2023, which includes 7,143 transaction entries, the research applies the FP-Growth algorithm followed by Association Rule Mining to identify and evaluate frequent itemsets and strong association rules within the dataset. The analysis revealed robust associations among fabrics such as Cotton, Linen, Rayon, and Viscose, suggesting substantial opportunities for targeted marketing strategies and inventory management enhancements. The findings indicate that strategically bundling and promoting associated fabrics can drive higher sales volumes and improve customer purchasing experiences. The insights from this study provide actionable strategies for optimizing marketing efforts and inventory management, aiming to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction in the competitive textile market.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi ini, perusahaan dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, seperti perubahan iklim, kelangkaan sumber daya, dan tuntutan dari stakeholders untuk menjalankan bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut salah satunya yakni dengan Sustainability management. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan sustainability management terhadap percepatan pencapaian target dan tujuan perusahaan PT. Labda Anugerah Tekstil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan mengeksplorasi jurnal, buku, laporan keberlanjutan, kebijakan perusahaan, dan data operasional terkait. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dalam tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan total sustainability management (TSM) pada PT. Labda Anugerah Tekstil membantu perusahaan dalam mempercepat pencapaian target dan tujuan perusahaan. Keberhasilan ini didasarkan pada pencapaian yang diraih PT. Labda Anugerah Tekstil selama beberapa tahun terakhir sejak perusahaan ini didirikan, salah satunya yakni meraih sertifikat OEKO-TEX Standard 100 dan tercatat dalam rekor MURI sebagai pelopor perusahaan digital printing pertama di Indonesia yang mengusung konsep eco-friendly atau ramah lingkungan. TSM pada sebuah perusahaan dapat dikatakan berhasil apabila memperoleh profit sesuai bahkan melebihi target, semua pihak yang berperan sebagai pemangku kepentingan ikut terlibat aktif, hambatan dan tantangan yang ada dapat diatasi serta memberikan keuntungan atau dampak positif bagi individu maupun lingkungan

Abstract

This study develops and validates the integrated business foundation strategy model through a phenomenological approach in the context of value-based strategic alignment. Using a phenomenological design with purposive sampling, this research explores how the 5S character foundations (Satya, Drishti, Shakti, Sangha, Samvedana) in the integrated business foundation strategy framework mediate business-IT strategic alignment. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 12 key informants, 120 hours of participatory observation, and document analysis during February 2020 - December 2024. Data analysis employed interpretative phenomenological analysis with an intercoder reliability of 0.87. The findings reveal that the 5S integrated business foundation strategy model constructs function as strategic alignment catalysts through the character-strategy alignment effect mechanism. Analysis shows vertical alignment between Drishti (eco-friendly vision) and IT infrastructure increased energy efficiency by 25%, while horizontal alignment based on Sangha (collaboration) reduced coordination costs by 30%. This study provides significant theoretical contributions through the development of an empirically validated integrated business foundation strategy model, character-strategy alignment effect concept as a mediation mechanism, and value-based strategic alignment framework in the context of the Indonesian green industry.
