Abstract

As a business company, Lite n’ Easy, Australia, This healthy food business company needs to develop in a business environment that is always changing at all times and always has challenges in the market. Therefore, identifying opportunities for company growth needs to be done. This study aims to identify growth opportunities through the integration of SWOT, PESTEL, and Product Life Cycle analysis. SWOT analysis is used to examine the business environment from both internal and external parties of the company consisting of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. While PESTEL analysis is used to examine the external business environment which includes Political, Economic, Social, Technological, and Legal aspects. And for the Product Life Cycle includes the product life process in business. By combining the analysis in this study offers a solution to increase sales of this company's products. This study shows that the benefits of SWOT, PESTEL and Product Life Cycle analysis not only enrich the strategic planning process but also provide a detailed perspective to take advantage of emerging opportunities.

Abstract

Lite n' Easy is one of the healthy food companies in Australia, Lite n’ Easy must continue to grow in this difficult business climate. Therefore, finding growth opportunities is essential. This study uses a combination of SWOT and STP analysis to find business growth possibilities. Market segmentation, target market, and market position were all examined using STP analysis. Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) are the elements of the company's internal and external environment that are examined in the SWOT analysis. Through the integration of both analyses, this study provides a reliable approach to determining prospective areas for expansion. The results show that the application of SWOT analysis and STP can improve strategic planning and provide a comprehensive viewpoint to capitalize on new opportunities.

Abstract

As a business company, Heinz Golden Circle, Australia, needs to grow in this challenging business environment. Therefore, identifying the growth opportunity is necessary to be conducted. This paper is aimed at identifying the growth opportunities through the integration of PESTLE and SWOT analyses. PESTLE analysis is used to examine the external environment of the business which include Political, economical, social, technical, legal, and environmental aspects. The SWOT analysis is used to examine both internal and external business environment which consists of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.By combining these analyses, this study ofers resilient methods for identifyingbthe potential growth opportunities. The findings suggest that leveraging PESTLE and SWOT analyses not only enrich strategic planning process but also provide detailed perspective to capitalize in emerging opportunities.

Abstract

This study examines competitive strategy within industrial environments through the Analysis of STP, SWOT Analysis and Porter's Five Forces framework. The study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how these strategic tools can be integrated to enhance competitive advantage. This study provides a fundamental viewpoint on strategic positioning by employing SWOT analysis to identify external opportunities and threats in addition to internal strengths and weaknesses. By emphasising market segmentation, targeting, and positioning tactics catered to particular client demands, the STP strategy further refines this. At last, Porter's Five Forces model is utilised to evaluate the industry's competitive dynamics by examining elements like the risk of new competitors, the ability of suppliers and buyers to negotiate, the possibility of replacement products, and the intensity of competition. Through a comprehensive analysis of various frameworks, the journal suggests a comprehensive approach for businesses to successfully traverse intricate industrial contexts and maintain a competitive edge.

Abstract

Globalization has led to a rise in multicultural work environments, requiring organizations to understand cultural differences and adapt to internal dynamics. This study uses PM Fresh, an Australian food product company, to explore how Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies can address cultural differences and enhance organizational performance. Strategic SDM practices, such as language training, cultural competency development, and flexible work arrangements, are crucial for achieving this goal.
