A literary study was used in this research, with five main points of discussion: personnel expenditures, capital, goods and services, grants, and social assistance. However, several points of regional spending have a less good impact on increasing economic growth in the city of Semarang. Abstract

A country's economic growth inevitably evolves from one era to the next. But in general, the global geopolitical conditions that exist in the 21st century era have affected the structure of government revenues and expenditures. This study will discuss the effect of state revenues and government expenditures that affect the rate of national economic growth after the co-19 pandemic. This study uses a systematic literature review analysis method obtained through various academic and non-academic articles such as journal articles, policy briefs, national development planning documents, working papers of relevant ministries, and mainstream online mass media on national economic conditions. The results in this study prove that national economic development after the co-19 pandemic is the result of restructuring the government's ability to manage state finances which include revenue generation and spending. In addition, the state's ability to manage large production capacity can be a sign of the high level of prosperity of citizens in a nation. So this research has broad consensus implications characterized by incessant investment in human capital and physical infrastructure that can later accelerate the rate of economic growth.

Abstract

A capital is a city that is considered the seat of government of a country or region. The capital is often seen as a symbol of the state and is the residence for the president or state leaders. The capital is also often the most important city from a political, economic and cultural point of view. In some cases, the capital is also the most popular and densely populated city. However, in some countries, the capital may be changed or moved to another city. Moving the Indonesian capital from Jakarta to Kalimantan is a decision taken by the Indonesian government to move the nation's capital from Jakarta to another region, namely Kalimantan. This move was made with the aim of reducing pressure on Jakarta which is currently experiencing environmental problems and severe traffic jams, as well as to spread development to other areas of the country. The relocation of the capital will result in major changes for the people of Indonesia, including changes in economic, social and cultural terms.
