Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis program-program inovatif yang diterapkan oleh Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Sidoarjo dalam mendukung manajemen keberlanjutan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, analisis dokumen, dan tinjauan literatur, yang kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan tiga dimensi keberlanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program perpustakaan keliling, layanan digital, dan pelatihan masyarakat berhasil meningkatkan aksesibilitas literasi, efisiensi sumber daya, dan inklusi sosial. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi tersebut berkontribusi signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan perpustakaan publik, meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan sumber daya manusia. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan dimensi keberlanjutan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan publik This study aims to analyze innovative programs implemented by the Sidoarjo Regency Library and Archives Service in supporting sustainability management. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and literature review, which were then analyzed based on three dimensions of sustainability. The results of the study indicate that the mobile library program, digital services, and community training have succeeded in increasing literacy accessibility, resource efficiency, and social inclusion. These findings indicate that these innovations contribute significantly to the sustainability of public libraries, although they still face challenges such as limited infrastructure and human resources. The novelty of this study lies in the holistic approach that integrates sustainability dimensions in public library management.
